  2. The black hole in Devastators chest is so off-putting. I wonder why they don’t have a flap folding out from Hooks mud flaps. Shield-D Prime looks neat but as always I want it in black, teal and translucent red.
  3. My thread has been approved! If anyone is interested in the extra VF-0As I have here is the link (lots of photos)
  4. Gonna definitely be sitting this one out unfortunately. Maybe I’ll just start a savings bucket just in case they do a Sazabi
  5. She sounds amazing. Glad to hear that she’s got your back. Make sure you don’t do anything to drive her away because she sounds like a keeper for sure
  6. Today
  7. Struck out with getting a YF-21 replacement antenna. Apparently "replacements are no longer available from the manufacturer" after 8 months.
  8. PGU Nu Gundam inner frame and LED unit (sold separately). Don't forget pre-orders start tomorrow! https://www.taghobby.com/archives/857570 https://www.taghobby.com/archives/837082
  9. Synergenex Shield-D-Prime https://www.taghobby.com/archives/803238 Pretty neat how Takara has integrated a lot of Diaclone play feature into this, a shame that robot mode just doesn't appeal to me.
  10. Takara Toyrise Scopedog Turbo Custom https://www.taghobby.com/archives/857795

  12. Right? On another note: last Thursday, I finally broke down and told my wife what happened to my 1/72 Space Shuttle model kit. She said that she "knew something had happened" and I explained to her how I lost control of it and how it shattered. She gave me a hug and told me not to worry about it; but she insisted from now on I spray it outside on the ground floor, and that she would "take care of anyone complaining". I thought that was the end of it. A few minutes ago, I came into the room where my worktable/ computer table is and found this: Trying to find a box of tissues right now... and decals for this. Stay tuned...
  13. It'll be the second time Anthony Carrigan plays a DC villain. He was great in Barry tho!!
  14. Excellent, you've given me hope. I was holding off taking a walk to the store (conveniently, there's a new home improvement place about a mile from my house, similar to Home Depot but smaller and owned by the local Native American tribe) waiting to see if anyone had a suggestion, so huge thanks! Guess I'll sojourn over there to see what sort of wares they might carry, be it paper clips or small thin nails. Paper clips are ubiquitous, though, and far easier to procure and manipulate, so it's heartening to know it's viable. Hopefully I won't destroy the joint in the process of removing the old pin, but again, I appreciate the heads up!
  15. Big s

    YF-24

    Looks nice and flashy
  16. I think part of the disappointment this series is going to generate is that it was set up to go one, and conceptually awesome, way (what if Zeon won?!), and its instead gone a different route to what that idea would suggest. I suspect over time it might be judged as not a bad series per se as more one that didn't live up to its promise...
  17. As someone whose first issue Yamato Roy is still going strong after over 15 years with a paperclip replacing the original gnurled pin, I'd say it's a fairly solid option, provided you can get the pin out without breaking the joint. What I recall doing was bending the paperclip slightly in the middle to provide friction and keep it in the joint, and then I think I added a drop of CA glue on each end to both reinforce the joint, and keep it in place. Thanks for the head's up though, I'll need to give mine a closer look as well. I noticed the pins were a little short, but it didn't seem to be letting the hinge flaps sag out of alignment. If it gets too bad, I actually still have a few original spares from the first release, but I think they're all the darker DYRL shade.
  18. I'm a OG and Plus fan myself, II has garnered more respect than it did when originally released. The game is difficult, true score attack game. I feel that's what keeps people from enjoying it. My one wishlist is a Macross shmup allowing dynamic and instant transformations without relying on powerups. Neither of the OG arcade games had this ability, not even the lack luster Shooting Inisights game. Scrambled Valkryie did it right.
  19. Probably will see it on an IMAX screen....but in no hurry for tix
  20. Pako highway is an exciting action racing game that offers players a thrilling and high-speed driving experience. The game is set on busy highways, where players must control their cars to weave through traffic, avoid collisions and take advantage of every opportunity to accelerate, collect items and score as high as possible. The special feature of Pako Highway is the feeling of "speed" it brings. Players will be constantly pushed into a state of tension and excitement as the car rushes past other vehicles at breakneck speeds. Vivid visual effects, along with vibrant background music, contribute to creating an action-packed atmosphere, making each race a thrilling chase. The game also offers a variety of cars and routes to unlock, from modern sports cars to unique retro models. In addition, players can upgrade their cars to improve speed, control and durability. The more they play, the more difficult it becomes, requiring players to react quickly and make accurate decisions in each situation.
