TangledThorns Posted April 16, 2025 Posted April 16, 2025 Pretty much. ALIEN3 was the well made film that we didn't want as a sequel, lol. WTF were they thinking back then?? Of course I can say the same about other film sequels today, ugh. On a side note it seems HULU is working to earn some Predator and ALIEN bucks in a good way, hope it lasts. Quote

This was 4.5 hours of fluff that added almost nothing new that hadn't already been said in 1-2 hour documentaries of the past about this movie. Quote

I think it’s still just the casting issues that came up. He still brings it up in interviews to this day. I do get both sides of the argument though. On one hand Dinklage doesn’t want to just be hired to be the little guy just because a movie or show needs a little actor. While Williams has a great point that if they don’t hire little people for roles like the seven dwarves, then if you’re not Dinklage, Hollywood will just hire an average actor leaving the majority of little actors out of work completely. It’s a terrible situation, but I kinda doubt it’s one of those that Williams would just assault or even yell at Dinklage if he saw him on the street, since he does seem like a more light hearted guy. Dynaman Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Arnold being back for those movies (especially Predator) makes me think of Shatner and the Gorn in that videogame commercial. Quote
