  1. That link seems no longer valid, no products were showing up.
  2. Humming and hawing about these 1/60 M&M preorders put me in the mood to have a bit of fun with the handful of 1/60s that I do have. I think I'd feel a lot better about getting M&M in this scale if I could also get super parts for Hikaru. Otherwise, I'd be duplicating exactly what I already have in 1/48 (minus a CF) and that just feels silly lol.
  3. I cannot make my mind up about these... ugh!
  4. Man, that TV VF-1S is one I regret not getting. That and a VF-1D would round out the rest of what I really care to have in 1/60.
  5. I think I was feeling the same tug as Spanner for the larger valks and with all the noise about 1/60 M&M coming back I felt inspired to get my 1:48s out of their boxes and appreciate them a lil bit I need some of those little ladders, lol. Where do they come from?
  6. Wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the Workshop but here goes. Any suggestions on how to rehabilitate this lil guy? He needs a right-leg stabilizer and an arm reattachment.. disclaimer: I have no experience with anything like plastic weld or similar.. thanks in advance!

    Hi-Metal R

a pair of Monsters would make impressive book-ends for an encyclopedia
  8. Where can you get the Megatron MP-36 from without the orange barrel/silencer plugs?

    Hi-Metal R

what would you like to see in a retool?
  10. I'm glad they're doing this for everyone that's never had a chance to get the pair. Not sure if I'll join in though considering my original 1/48 pair cost a total of 19,800 in 2009! I just can't justify the cost difference in a smaller scale. However if a VF-1D shows up I'll probably bite down and just deal with it.

    Hi-Metal R

this is why I'm only getting CF, Destroids, and enemy mecha. There's just something about the non-valk mecha in this line... they feel different.

    Hi-Metal R

This. I was thinking about putting in a PO for missile effect parts (April release) and a Defender (August release) and wondered if they would hold the first till the 2nd could ship as well.

How does the combined shipping work at NY if you have 2 preorders that come out several months apart? Do they just hold the first till the 2nd can ship with it?
  14. If I'm going to finally throw cash at a BT speaker I'd at least consider this at $350-400. It's either that or a Klipsch Three. But I'd bet on the Klipsch sounding better
  15. a lot of hot, steamy protoculture going on in this thread lol
  16. So how do the Robot Damashii's compare to, say, Hi-Metal R? They're pricing is similar so I was hoping the quality/build/engineering is similar. Is the Pit Road 1/24 Special Control Vehicle around still? What I've found of it on Amazon is confusing and seems expensive (~$93USD). Maybe there are some other scale alternatives?
  17. lol that's a really unfortunate angle shot of the right hand, looks so tiny kawaii!
  18. I'd buy 3 if they knock $100USD off that price. It's shorter than a VF-1 at the same scale and doesn't transform and appears to require assembly and they want $140 for it? Hmph.
  19. Figinstock to the rescue, I was finally able to order one up at HLJ. Looking forward to shipping it with some other stuff once A New Hope Han by Figuarts hits release.
  20. I was honestly really interested at first, it being a bluetooth speaker I could potentially pair with my Echo Dot, but then I saw the price. NOPE, lol. There's practical, and then there's functional novelty, and then there's "well, I have more disposable income than I know what to do with"
  21. Almost $1400!? That better be one hell of a 3.1 sound system because at that price it costs as much as my 9.1 in the living room. F-that!
  22. Hm it does look like there's a person in there...
  23. *Gasp* The Hiigaran mothership! I wanted that so bad!
  24. I would hate myself for spending their asking price on it but since I've never owned a VF-1D in any size I'd have to get one if they issued it in 1/60
  25. Hmm, well you should have gotten an email with a tracking link in it when it shipped, if it was trackable.
