    I'm torn between getting 1 or 2 sets of this, I may have to thin out my Hi-Metal R valkyries (have at least 1 of each HM-R valkyrie) for more destroids & enemy mecha instead.

    So while looking for pictures of the Glaug firing its weapons i stumbled upon this: http://www.smh.com.au/national/education/vce-authorities-apologise-for-phantom-robot-20121119-29lbl.html Someone photoshopped the Glaug into a WWI-era photo which was then used in some history exams in Australia.

    @no3Ljm I recommend a copy of Light, Science and Magic by Hunter/Biver/Fuqua or the Dean Collins DVD sets if you're really serious about learning lighting for photography.

    My exploding shoulders Roy VF-1S is still going after 8 years (thanks to Shapeways shoulders), 5 year old valkyries should be no problem. The 30th anniversary releases are that age already.

    Given a difference of 5 years between the initial VF-1J with TV Super Packs and the 30th anniversary reissue, the plastic formulation could've changed over time.

    From google image search there's a black box of the red/white/blue GBP-1S in 1/48 scale. might just be a reissue though.
