That's a good question... Macross for PS2 was a very good game, but like Battlecry, had limits as well. Macross M3 for Dreamcast was really bad, but had somewhat of an interesting story. And flying all the M7 fighters, and others was interesting. Macross Digital Missions was a horrible playing game, but had a nice little story. Macross VFX-2 was actually a pretty cool game. I just bought an old PSone, and modded that for the older games. But if you wanna know my opinion on one of the best games, Macross DYRL for Sega Saturn or PSone is one of my favorites. Just a fun side scrolling game that captures the movie quite well.

I think they are referring to the Animeigo SDF Macross, which had a total of 9 DVDs. Their format for cataloguing makes it a little misleading for us who know of Macross 7.

As for lunch has anyone looked into getting it catered? I know a close friend of the family owns a catering business, and I may be able to get a decent deal. If you want, I'll get a menu for you and I'll see to it that we get a good hookup.

I think the meaning is used pretty loosely here. In regards to the Valkyries that are "customized", I would use it as something that alters the appearance or mechanics of the toy from what is was originally intended to be. Most of my customs are usually mostly repaints, new decals, and some sort of resin part(s). The degrees people customize here are all different. Some just paint, some do stuff I wouldn't have the patience or skill to do. In anycase, each person here has talent and adds a uniqueness that cannot be duplicated. Great stuff here.

I am in the process of customizing a Bandai 1/55 Super Ostrich, and want to include the antannae that is located on the right booster. I've seen this on some customs here, namely Kidkorrupt's custom VT-1. My question is, does anybody know what part I could find this piece from. Is it a GUNDAM kit, or a lego piece? I'm no good at scratch building, at least not yet, so I can't go that route. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks, you guys rock!

Well, in anycase, the fact that they also protrude outward toward the back would suggest something to that of a blowoff valve, or exhaust, or something of thrust. Yet, that picture of the smaller circles inside could come across as four-barreled gatling guns. But why would the "pipe" bend around the mid section and why is is thicker in the center? Either the ammo feeder or small two way turbines. Does anyone here know enough Japanese to actually translate the first pics? C'mon guys!

Ahhh, I'm gonna have to try this, as this seems like such a great replacement for toys that transform. So, fusion brand works better, or is that a different type of product. I don't know much about this, but it has sparked my interest and I'll definitely look into this as a new method to paint.

Even though we are no closer to figuring this out, could they possibly be verniers for gerwalk/battroid mode? In a fight in which the valk would be needing to dogde and shake the opponent, if it was in battroid mode, if it needed to hit reverse, or rotate, that would be an ideal location for mid section rotation. As such, the location of them as verniers would be balanced enought for use in reverse thrust that wouldn't cause the valk to spin backward or fly head first. Just my $0.02. What do you think?

Hey Solscud, if you get time, post up pics of what you have in mind. I definitely want a tee this year as well, to carry on the tradition, ya know? I'm down for a GBP tee this year. Perhaps grey or Black tees, and a fat design that people will gawk at and ask questions.

As far as t-shirts, I would like to see a grey colored "t", as those don't really fade at all. Perhaps a silouette of the SDF-1, or a hot sketch of Milia, or what about the got Macross pic we see with Milia in cute see through t-shirt and panties. Of course, the shirt could be not see through and have the MW con 5 logo. I think there could be something there. That'd be hot.
