That's the fastest I've seen a valk go into order stop status at HLJ (I didn't even finish logging in). Worldwide scalpers is more like it. -
I think Bandai figured out that they can move more super parts by just bundling the damn things with the valk, given that there's no further R&D needed for something that they designed 10 years ago.

Stabilizers sticking straight up, head lasers pointing upward.... the Bandai employee tasked with transforming their displays clearly ran out of F's to give long ago. The feet... well, maybe Roy is thrust vectoring.

It reminds me of the YF-29 30th anniversary version but better. Maybe they were going for some kind of Ozma/Michael-style different colored nose? But Ozma and Michael have those colors all over their units. You ask too much of Bandai.

For 80 bucks that thing better have working shields and an ejectable warp core that can blow open a door. Does Eaglemoss use any clear parts for the lighted parts of the nacelles anymore or is it all just painted these days?

I did but I've been in the process of moving to my new house so I haven't been able to do any kind of hobby work aside from opening a few boxes. Most of my things are still boxed up or in storage. Maybe soon... -

Pretty steep price increase for a repaint of an already-developed 10 year old toy with generally inferior engineering to the Delta-era toys. I'll still end up buying one because of course I am. Really dislike the nose though. Making it grey when the rest of the valk is white with blue/black trim really looks out of place.

It didn't help that, aside from the Q-Rea, the MF Robot Spirits toys were hot garbage. I wouldn't mind a Metal Robot Spirits VF line where they were not only transformable but packed with detail like the DX line or Gundam Metal Robot Spirits line, and not looking like half-finished model kits like the HMR line. Still waiting on the DX YF-21 like many others here...

Especially for used. But then again there doesn't seem to be a huge aftermarket supply for this bird. Looking forward to the eventual Virgin Road 1D from Bandai, with seated Max and standing Miria wedding figures.

My YF-19 PF was still sitting in my open orders tab at AE, so I went ahead and paid for it as the exchange rate was favorable ($377). At this point I did it really more out of curiosity over whether or not they will actually be able to fulfill the order. I doubt it but I'll find out in a day or so if they refund my money.

Hmmm I saw the preorder button was active on that Amazon link but no price was listed. So I added to cart to see and had a good laugh. Oh, shipping was 8500 which gave me another chuckle.
