  1. Two seaters! VE-1, VT-1, VF-1D and some more max and millia love in the super vf-1j would be cool. All the others are blah in 1/55. I also like the nod to Taka box art.
  2. Wow miriya! Are you a writer or somthin... That was like looking in a mirror, spooky! Like Misterryno said "he laughs now", a wise man once said "a fool and his money are easily parted". Speaking of fools; I have been hooked since I first saw it in '86 at 14, I am 36 now and am still just as pasionate about Macross. I have a pretty big collection and have spent untold thousands.... And still I come back for more. It's sad, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

    Macross Revoltech

Wowzers! Regult loveing, will have to get a small army of them! The 19 and 21 look cool too. I can really do with out anymore vf-1's. How about hoping they take on some of the other lines like macross 7, macross 2, macross zero. And DESTROIDS!!! How cool would those be, imagine a revoltech monster!?!

    My Shrine

Those will probly be hard if not impossible to find now. I am glad I got a set when they came out.
  5. Super Dee Duper! I am very excited about these, I really hope this is the gateway to the whole line of destroids including the 1/60 Monster!!! Mmmm, I don't care if it is the size of a coffee table I will obtain it! MUHAHAHAHA! Maybe even more enemy mechs. Picture repost for those at work.
  6. The replacement arms are probly the best option. I think some one had recast some parts but it will never be as good as the Yamato replacements. One option though is to leave the valk in fighter mode and get a gen 2 vf-0s for battroid like I did.
  7. 1/55 Bandai Elintseeker and Super Ostrich. Probly the rarest in quantity and due to popularity.
  8. I need yamato parts. Is this still being serviced? Or can some one in Japan pick up this mantle and get parts for us from Yamato? I will mod this post when I have the particulars for the exact parts.
  9. Nice collection! I don't own a yamato 1/60 vf-19, don't like the vf, if I did I would not go cutting anything on it. But rather set it aside till I was calmed down or spend more time trying to figure it out in conjunction to asking questions on the board. Many have tried to tell you so far that you are not understanding the transformation. Set it down, go have a holiday come back and look at it again!! I have yet to do any cutting on any of my Yamatos, and I have alot more of them than you do.. Have I had issues with some, sure but I would never post something like you have. You really should go back and edit your first post! You are a new member. You started a post flaming Graham. Yes I read it as a flame and I think a lot of other members here are getting the same impression. If you would have taken the time to research anything you would discover that Graham is a owner of this UN-official FAN site. Graham is a huge Macross fan like the rest of us. He has said many times to the MWF community that since he lives in HK that he knows people at yamato. He does not work for them, Yamato seeks his opinion from time to time but thats it. He collects opinions from us and forwards them to yamato. You have to understand one thing. Yamato cant directly market or sell to the US or even anywhere outside of Japan. Due to Hoarmoney Gold and their BS. Next time do us all and your self a favor and atleast do a search of the forum before your rant!?! Dude, do you not remember or were you even collecting Macross during the last 25 years. There were 1/55's. Period. And they cost a hell of a lot of money! Macross is a small small franchise in comparison to the other toys you are comparing the yamato toys to. I am just elated that Yamato picked up the line at all and has given us so many great toys to whine and bitch about.......... You could be whining about bandai 1\55's were it not for yamato. Better yet go get your self a Toynami valk and see if you really still feel justified in your rant! And my offer to buy it still stands since its such a pile!
  10. Well since yer yf-19 is all jacked up and yamato sucks. I will do you a favor and buy it off you $50.00 whole US dollars shipped. That way it is not a total loss! LMK!
  11. Kinda funny that it's called the thunder hummer and has that giant cod piece! Don't much care for this design, too wonky looking. And you are all wrong, that is a Sundowner 1/50th and a 3rd scale SUPER PT VF series Ultimate masterpiece titanium edition vf-1s in the pic.... Sheesh!
  12. Yamato Nora SV-51 $220.00 Shipping $50.00 Dinner for two to keep the wife from killing you. $75.00 The smile you get each time you look at it....... PRICELESS Of course it's worth it. Getting sued by mastercard for trademark infringement, sucky!
  13. I sure hope that is true, the vf-0d is a very cool looking bird and needs to join my fleet. You know you want to make it Yamato. That and the other 30,000 valks and destroids and other mech we all want. Now get to it.
  14. It would make me the only person with a 1/72 full armor vf-11. The plan at the time was to recast it. I have not worked on it for years now. I have been thinking of picking it up again.
  15. Graham is the resident riddle master! Gives you just enough information to confuse you completely. I too think he is implying that there will be a 1/60 vf-11. The 19 and 21 really don't do it for me, however I do like the 11. The 21 in fighter mode is cool, but batroid is weak, IMO. So I am hoping to see a PT vf-11.
  16. Oh a yamato vf-0s reactive armor would just be awesome! I am not so fond of the vf-25 design so bandai has never really taken macross toys too seriously. But with the success yamato has found with the line that could change. But there are still far, far fewer macross fans than fans of the other shows that Bandai makes great toys for. So I wouldn't hold your breath.
  17. This is an unofficial discussion, there is no official word on this valk yet that I know of. I wanted to discuss what this toy would need to have/be to satisfy MW members since we are their real customers. I would like to see Yamato make a 1/60 VF-11 PT. Obviously without the shoulder slider bars that haunt the 1/72 version, rear stabilizers/tail fins that are full size and without the infamous broken hip syndrome. For me the valk also needs to have fast packs and full armor to be complete. It really is amazing the advances that Yamato has made in toy design and I am excited to see what they can do with this valk. This paint scheme would be cool also I started to make a full armor set for the 1/72 yamato but its alot of work and the shoulder sliders make the chest piece design very difficult. I have not finished it yet but with the possiblity of a 1/60 vf-11 I dont see the sense in finishing it now unless they never do the full armor for it.
  18. Definately need destroids and enemy mechs and ships. The ones I really would love to see right now are these two... VF-11 Full armor VF-0s Reactive Armor Also need the Monster but it is probly a dream its just sooo big.
  19. Yeah the landing gear storage system is definately a cool feature on this new yf-21. I also would like to see them do a vf-11, especially a full armor vf-11 like this. Soo cool!
  20. Thanks guys, and I did dust after I took the pics. I suppose I should have dusted first, after all the wife has been nagging me to dust my shelves...
  21. Any one remember making these and posting them on the forum?
  22. I dug up some old pictures of my at that time collection of Macross toys probly from 1998. I probly have twice that now but I don't have space to display but only a few at a time right now. It's like I have kids I can't see or visit cause they are all in cardboard box hell! This all that I have on display right now. It's sad.
  23. Hrmmm, Looks alot better than what I thought it would. I may have to get some of these after all. Now what do I do with all my 1/60 version 1's? I guess I will keep them as their value is sure to bottom out and I would have to sell them at a huge loss. Dang this sucks, at least I only have one of each. Oh well, I have grown accustomed to being poor! It also makes me glad I only got 4 1/48's, my fave pose is battriod and I think I will keep the 1/48's for valk mode.
  24. He already spent $900.00 in one week so his wallet already hates him! Good luck on finding the vt-1, ve-1 and vf-1d. They come up now and again. You are probly not going to find an online store with them, you will mostly find them on ebay..... Not that I think there is anything wrong with ebay, most of my collection is from ebay. You just have to be patient, I just won a yamato que-rau millia for $38.00 tonight.
  25. I would not sell my original 1/60 collection. I am one of the I guess few that actually likes the original line. I have the whole line and love them all. I only have 4 1/48's and while they are nice, to me they are almost too big and really not posable. They do look great in fighter mode though. I will have to see how the new line comes out but right now there is probably only 4 I would get, vf-j with fast pack, vf-1j with gbp, ve-1 and vt-1. Possibly a vf-1d. Other than that they would have to be just uber super irresistable to warant replacing the original line. You know they are going to start with the vf-1a, vf-1s and so on. I really dont need another of these valks. It will probly be years yet before a cool valk like the vt-1 and ve-1 get released. Which could be good cause by then they would have all the bugs worked out. Just start making destroids and enemy mechs!
