    The Armored VF-1J's feet look big... Or bigger in proportion when comparing with the 1st issue of the Hi-Metal VF-1. Maybe that's why the y mention Reboot? And the Brown VF-1A's nose is drooping. The mechanical arm is probably holding the Fast Pack nice and sturdy but the rest of the HEAVY Valkyrie in fighter mode is letting gravity pull itself down.

    I don't think it was Robotech. Come on. I remember Minmay was named "Maria". Macross in RPN-9 (a TV channel in the Philippines) WAS DUBBED IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE BY FILIPINOS. Anyone else who remember it that way? Please step up! Then the Robot-echh that everyone else knew was aired a few years after by another TV station.

    Thanks. All I'm seeing at the Comic Walker website are two issues/chapters: 1) The 35 page chapter, with Daedalus as their first picture; 2) The 11 page recap issue with Minamay Halloween Costume. I could've sworn there were a few more issues/chapters that should be available from Comic Walker other than the 2 that I mentioned above. And where are the other issues/chapters for that matter? Thanks!

    I just picked up some VF-1 books "Zentraedi Version" at the K-books in Radio Kaikan. I'm not sure if they're updated versions. They have the Zentraedi covers on.

    I got a chance to visit Akiba again And was able to hold this LITTLE ZOMBIE IN MY HAND. What happened to his eyes? The eye bag weren't enough, I didn't see snake's pupils. This figure handles the same as the Peace Walker Snake Revoltech only smaller. I tried to remove his face in the hopes of moving his eyeballs, but his face seems to be glued to the rest of his head. Part of his torso at the back is flexible, making him easy to lie down on his chest for sniping position. But his collar is preventing him from doing it properly. Two times I accidentally snapped off his right arm from his shoulder.

    Thanks Renato, I have been to Nakano Broadway and Akihabara a couple and more than a couple of times. 1) Let's say I want to buy BRAND NEW MACROSS TOYS by Arcadia. Are there specific Shops in Nakano Broadway or in Akiba where I can physically pick them up? Or would you or anyone else recommend picking them up over at Yodobashi or BIC Camera or any other Department Store? 2) When you say import store, you mean they sell toys that are NOT PRODUCED by Japanese Companies like Mattel and Hasbro?

    Hello Save, I'll be in Tokyo this week. I'd like to know where exactly are the toy stores that you and the rest of the Podcast crew were mentioning in episode 12 (I think). The ones at: 1) Ikebukuro 2) Sakuraya Shinjuku 3) Honggo Sanchomeh (did I get this one right?) 4) Ebisu Please PM me Stores' Names and the Addresses so I can see them at Google Maps or maybe if you have links to websites that mention them.     No kidding, I went there also. That's the branch with their very own dog statue (color white and smaller) right in front of their store building, right? I even showed them the BLJS number. Was I asking the wrong person or did they just get restocks recently? Hey meadow, how recent did you go to LABI, BEFORE MAY 23 or AFTER? Thanks.

    Thanks but I was there at that particular branch the other Friday (May23) and the guy in front of a computer who I asked said that they were all out. Would you know if BIC or HMV or any other store have it? I will be in Narita this Wed- Thu. Thanks.

    I just checked the Dong Seng International subtitles and Hikaru DID NOT say "My engine blocks are angry at me". INSTEAD, the subtitles Hikaru said "We fell into the engine block." So I guess that Dong Seng is not the "Kiseki" that you mentioned. The Dong Seng (a Taiwan Company) subtitles probably is the official english subtitles for DYRL. I watched the VCD again and IMO the subtitles were spot on. I'll post a pic of their official website back in the day. (If I can find it my files) Edit: I know this is OT but I mentioned this in passing a while back (post #95 of this thread)

    MACROSS WILL ADVANCE Keep it up Bandai, Big West etc.!!! Sub the original series Super Dimension Fortress Macross and the DYRL Movie. The DYRL already had the Official subs by Dong Seng International Ltd. from Taiwan so it shouldn't be a hassle.
