  1. There is a Youtube channel with the first 8 aired episodes. Mind you they are out of story order though.
  2. Finally started watching this show and have been pleasantly surprised so far. It's not high art by any stretch, but it is pretty good. My biggest gripes right now are the voice actors for Duke, sounds too immature, and Lady Jaye, not sure how Alison Hart-Burnett can have that particular accent. Other than that pretty good so far, much more plausible overall storyline, and want to see where it eventually lead. Loving Flint even though he primarily a foil.
  3. any way to keep her from dying then?
  4. quick question, I accidently ticked off miranda after hers and Jacks loyalty missions now it says she is not loyal, any way to fix that before the suicide mission or barring that any way to hack it so I can turn her back loyal?
  5. So, if the PS3 version is suppossed to use the ME3 engine, are there any gameplay changes, or is it strictly visual? And, are the visual issues we see on the PS3 version a limitation of the PS3 and not the engine, kind of like on the X-Box version? I am running on a no where near maxed out PC, no consoles here, and still think that what I see on it is superior to either console. The only real difference I have seen so far is in Jacob's face, but even there, the difference appears greatest between Xbox and PS3, with the PC version looking on par with the PS3 in terms of the face. The biggest thing that bugs me with the PS3 version is the washed out colors and brighter lights on the character.
  6. I still prefer the PC version looking at that video. The PS3 version is almost too bright, and you lose details as a result, especially on that close up of shephard. As for the appearance pack DLC, I would rather if they included some better armor for the characters, and helmets for vacuum missions.
  7. I didn't think any 1:48 kits beside the hasagawa and the old garage kit
  8. Where are the pictures of the cad sheets?
  9. we need pictures of the cad sheets people...
  10. this thread is worthless without pictures of what was shown...
  11. Show us the pictures blast you.
  12. Like Sketchley said, but I think it is also a trick of the perspective making them look different. So, don't be 'that guy' that takes every little animation error/color change/line difference and assumes that they are looking at an entirely different craft. Looking at you Tommy Yune and inumerable Star Wars and Star Trek fans.
  13. Oh yes he had plenty of those, but no dupes of them. He also had some with MW-1 style munitions dispenser (sorry can't remember the american equivalent.) I'm going to try and convince him to take them all to the photo lab and have them scanned, for posterity of course.
  14. He only had 10 dupes out of the nearly 100 photos in the folder, and I only took those. Also many were water damaged and I only took the worse off ones, so there is some damage, but most, if not all of them are pictures that I at least have never seen before.
  15. F-20 PORN!!!! One of the older guys at my work has worked for Northrup since, well the early F-5 days, and has worked on a metric @$$ ton of programs for them, including hte F-20 and YF-23. He just handed me a folder filled with F-20 pictures, most of which I have never seen before and said I could keep the dupes. How freaking awesome is that? I will post the pictures I kept after I get home and scan them in. Some are even of all three F-20s flying together! I so wanted to just take that whole folder and run, I just wish the scanner at work could have accepted the drawings he had too, but they were too big. Oh and he says he'll bring in his YF-23 folder next for me to get all hot and bothered over.
  16. I'm in my 30s too, but have five kids, so I can't lose myself in the game enough to pay the amount of attention the higher levels would require. Also, ME1/2 are RPGs, hybrid action/rpgs, but RPGs just the same. What I am talking about with the armor/clothes though would go something like these examples. Archangel/Garrus: Arrive on Omega in casual clothes (pick an outfit before leaving the normandy) Talk to the head asari and merc recruiter, opens up additional dialogue depending on how your party is dressed. Head over to the taxi area, talk to the driver and leave (option box opens, change outfit (yes/no, select armor/outfit(s) for party members) Proceed through mission. Dr Solus: Arrive on Omega in casual clothes (pick an outfit before leaving the normandy) Talk to the head asari. Head over to quarentine area. Talk to guard, again additional dialgue options depending on how your party is dressed. (option box opens, change outfit (yes/no, select armor/outfit(s) for party members) Proceed through mission. Now IIRC at least for those operations once you proceed on mission you have the option to change your party members anyway, so you would select their gear at that same point. Maybe you wouldn't get the same level of gear customization as in ME1, but just selecting armor would be good enough. For instance: Jacob/Miranda: Cerberus Armor Garus: Some repaired, kestrel, or even Terminus armor Grunt: Full Krogan Armor Samara: just an armored version of her ourfit or blood dragon, something medieval looking Jack: Terminus or inferno armor Kasumi: unique or Basic merc armor, if any Zaeed: Basic merc armor, terminus armor Legion: not needed Tali: unique or terminus Thane: unique or kestrel Mordin: unique or collector Just some ideas anyway, I wonder if the game could be hacked to allow for that.
  17. Interesting, if it is of the same calibur as Stand Alone Complex it should be fun to watch. WIll like to see how close they stick to the manga too.
  18. So I am on my second playthrough of ME2, playing on Casual, as I can't devote the time to the harder levels with all the kids, fine by me though. Anyway, I have a comment and want to see if anyone else agrees. It really bugs me that with the exception of Shephard, Garrus, Grunt, and Tali none of the characters switch to a full on pressurized suit when on levels where the atmo is dangerous or non-existant. It also bugs me that none of them are armored anymore on missions, especially characters like Samara, Jack, or Miranda who run around most of the game with their fun bags hanging out for all to see. I know they have shields and all that, but come on, the armor and changing of the armor/outfits on and off ship and between missions added a nice element or reality to the game. So why not equip them with some kind of armor when on missions, especially those that are known to be combat missions. I thought having Shephard change outfits halfway through the Kasumi mission was a nice touch, so why not do that with other missions as well? Maybe ME3 will have an option where, when you start out just exploring the Citadel, for instance, you start in casual clothes, but once you accept a mission that is likely to lead to a firefight you can choose to change into your armor, and then change back when completed. And of course the same would go for your crew. Of course for sudden firefights you would be in whatever outfit or armor you start in, so that would add a whole degree of complexity/difficulty, especially if your casualwear only permits the carrying of a single weapon.
  19. Ok I am behind I know but I am on my first play through of ME2, heck I only got to play ME1 last month. I am about to install all the DLCs, the whole concept of which I am not in favor of when it involves major plot points. The DLCs on ME1 were just fun extras IMHO, and didn't add to the story, these ones apparently do, especially since they add crew members, ugh. I just wish that since Liara gets her own DLC why can't we get one for Ash or Kaiden. True I never really liked Kaiden, barely ever used him in ME1, but I did like Ashley, and used her alot, so would have loved to have done an engagement with her again.
  20. Not that much different, only the wings, shoulders, and shields would really stand out as different.
  21. says the poster with a pink Konig monster as their avatar.
  22. Excuse the crapiness of the edit, I did it at work in paint. But I challenge anyone to say it doesn't look better without those stupid wing engines.
  23. I say take those stupid wing engines off and it will look a ton better.
  24. Get rid of the wing boosters and it is an ok design, but come on another VF-25 based design, can we get something new? OF course not, the Bandai juggernaut just wants another easily reproduced product to sell for minimal redesign...
  25. Ok, as much as an FSW fan as I am, I am not digging this unholy cross between a VF-25, SV-51, VF-27, and YF-19. It just looks really off.
