Its easy Petar is only 3 inches tall. So to him it is still quite large.

Well they already remade Assault on Precinct 13. It was good but I though the ending could have used a bit of work.
-
You don't hear from him in months then he just turns up out of the blue and says look what I did. You feel all mad that he didn't write then you have to forgive him because his work is so awesome. Kurt you make it look easy.

I hate to be the one repeating me previous post but here goes.... OH !!!! DEAR!!!!

oh God next we will have all the films from that era re done. they 'll start with Romancing the stone and eventually make their way to Twins or Beverly hills cop which due to budget will get set in Chicago, and have a white guy playing Eddie Murphys part.

That looks great. I wonder if you could do some work for the new Macross World Homeworld 2 mod group. see

May be one day Hollywood will dream up a kids film that they can make toys from...... Yah I know I'm dreaming that'll never happen. I know they can only do films to promote toy lines.

This is gonna be one expensive purchase all in all when you look at maybe 50+ issues. Oh well gotta get it.

Isn't that the basis for most of the wars in history. Humans are fundamentally built to disagree and fight. Religion politics liking one sci fi over another they are all down to opinions when you boil it right down. In religion you get fanatics cultists, suicide bombers and the like in Politics you get the likes of dictators or the lifer politician who only knows his job as senator or MP etc, and in sci fi its down to if you like Trek or Starwars and then down to if Kirk was better than Piccard, which give you the sort of person that is so offten parodied as the Sci Fi geek, it just a form of religion if you like, but without the actual God figures and people being nailed to stuff for being nice.

Owww just being away for a few days while on assignment for work is bad enough.

Who said that !!! I do know what you mean. On a certain VW Car web forum that happens. I entered into a thread because someone i know said I should contribute because I had done the conversion several times and knew all the pitfalls, part numbers etc. Eventually You get shouted down by someone who is and "expert" who has never actually done the conversion and a couple of posts later asks if anyone can help him change the fan belt because hes never done it before. Strangely the noob listens to them though, Go figure?!! At least here everyone listens to everyone else even if we don't always agree.

Happy Birthday MW. Thanks to Shawn and Graham for providing us with the means to do this. If MW was not here I would be probably be still getting regularly banned on RT.com for talking about the "real Macross". I am a member of many forums varied and wide but I feel that I only really belong to one. Thanks to all the members for making this place what it is.

Although I was really up for one I have to bow out due to being made redundant on Monday. Working in I.T/media as I do I'm not sure if I will be employed anytime soon. Thanks News Corp International for messing up my Christmas and my hobbies. Wouldn't mind so much if it was down to money but its all about share price. Not that Im sad too much i now have time and enough supplies to at least do a couple of my Moscato kits. If I'm back in the running before the production ends then I will be sending my cash right over.

I feel glad that living in the U.K I can actually see this in the flesh when its done. Just a little bit of a drive and I'm there

As a fellow multiple model starter not so multiple finisher, I will be watching this thread.

If its a hasegawa then you should have some decals for it. Otherwise just paint your base coat and then use slightly thined black and drop it into the receses and then wipe off the excess. I find using an oil paint over and acrylic base paint is better as you can wipe it away with a cotton swap soaked in white spirit or turpanoid etc, it wont attack teh acrylic. the reverse will also work but you have to use water or acrylic thinners

He is a good actor and is certainly in the lime light at the moment being one of the stars in the Survivors drama just started on the BBC. Hes gritty and would proably be a hard ass Dr dalek1 " halt or you will be exterminated!!" dalek2 " his out line resembles the enemy of the daleks.. it is the Dr ?!" dalek1 "you are correct.....!!!!" dalek3 " run away run away........!"

Claude you are so right, this dwarfs both in size and undertaking anything else I have seen done for the Macross universe. Coverage in something like Hobby Japan could be the catalyst to get more of the Japanese to realise that we do exist, and there are anime fans outside of Tokyo. Hasegawa might then actually try and import direct to the U.K and U.S etc. Back in the day the Hasegawa catalogue showed the DYRL Vf's but you just coouldnt order them from the suppliers. You never know it could be the start of sorting out all the HG Roblowtech problems.

Dare I say 1/55 sized..... Im fairly sure that 1/48 scale doesnt look out of place jammed into a 1/55 moded cockpit.

Well my copy of HW2 has sat on the shelf for years ever since I got it just so I could play the Macross mod but as that died it has just stayed there still in its cellophane. Now after watching the video its coming out I used to mod Freelancer and FS2 so I will try and get up to speed and see what I can offer.

 Your work is so small. I'd for one be happy with just watching you actually work. I alway find watch makers and small scale sculpting fascinating But I would settle with a couple of sets of each at least. since I only have two DYRL pilots. although I don't have any 1/60 would be popular I'm sure.

Looks like that to me.
