I couldnt agree more. Just a though there is an advert running on Sky Three (U.K sat channel) that has loads of clips and such from all the popular shows on the Sky One Channel it has lost and nip tuck and all the other popular american serieses. I does have also some Battlestar Clips some I remember and some I dont. Now this could be my bad memory and or crap downloads from the internet, but some of the lost clips are for episodes that havent aired yet so some of the Bstar clips could also be new. One clip that I am most interested in is the one where a short haired blonde girl is born in the Cylon reserectionship It looks like Starbuck. Im gonna try and get a grab of it on my Media Center.

I really really hope they do a good job. The Watchmen has so much depth to it as an idea and story, To tell it all they will have to make it over serveral films. Thinking about the Xmen this is a whole in depth story that even though there have been three films they have still only scratched the surface. Rule one is dont dumb it down. The attention span of modern movie goers is attrocious. So many people get bored after 90 mins, you need a lot more than that for a decent film and story. Watchmen would be better as a mini series I think.

I`d like to think that they already know we are here. I kinda subscribe to the theory that S.K or some of his minions have lerked here and on any other Macross Website thay can find. The fact that Macross World is in the Top ten Macross sites means they have to have seen it at least once. Afterall we know that Yamato have in the past lerked here although they do have Graham to talk to direct. Maybe Graham will get mail from S.K.

You could look at the Ral Partha Range of Battletech stuff. They did some of the original SDF 1/200 scale ish figures. Some of the valk ones were modified enough to almost slip under the radar of Macross as this was arround the time of the great Jetfire debarcle. I have some of the Ral Partha mecha not built and some that were painted etc. some one better than me could cast from them and chunk out a few for you to populate the deck. Sad thing is IU used to work for a company thant did Centrefugal casting the same as Ral Partha, but the boss wouldnt let me recast my figures ( I wanted to make a Macross chess set), But odly it was ok for us to recast Orcs for his son`s D&G. For your info Ral Partha used to be based in Southampton, I once went for a Job there. If I`d got it I`d have tons of spares

Each time im in Japan I hunt for them and a few other goodies. But so far I manage to miss em. Still I come home with a full bag or two each time, so all is not lost. This next time we are going to the post office and post the kits etc back to ourselves. Then we can still bring back loads a stuff too.

Yeah The second release did not have the Soundo Boosto 19. Dang it that and the 21 is the only Wave kit I dont have at least one of. A member here was selling one a while ago but decided against it when I asked him how much. Most anoying thing is that they had two in Mandrake Shibiya the year before last But I didnt have the room in my bag for that and the other Macross kits I got.

Well I like what Im reading but it may be just a little too deep for my display cases at 17", I`ve spent too much on them to junk em. I would be interested in the wall sections especially if they are modular so I could add some together and then make my own floor to match. They would probably not look outta place against my 1/24 Binaltechs as well.

I supose it depends on the original sculpt. When I started my 1/55 mod/remake I measureed the parts from various scales in cluding Yamies, Bandai, Gashapon and Hasegawa. One thing I did notice is how often they didnt scale right to each other on some parts whilst other parts were perfect. I ended up taking an average of all the measure ments. But If you just wanted a 1/48 version of say a Imai kit then all it would be is a 1/48 imai kit, in the same scale as a 1/48 Yamie, any inacuracies in sculpting would be there as they are in the scale you took it from. But any 1/48 would be better than the current none in my books.

I know that when using an Air brush sometimes you can get bits of lube or cleaner sudenly come out and balls up your paint job. My old compressor was good at putting crap through the paint. Alternatively If you used Rattle cans as I know you do it could just be a dud can. Ive had ones in the past that were fine and then sudenly the paint turns all crappy.

I got some Laser printer decal paper a while ago,I have been meaning to try it out on works nice laser printer, but so far I just havent got round to producing anything to print on it.
