I didnt use the cut out and reinsert in my pic I just used the blur too arround the Valk. As I was being lazy. AFAIK the L.V should have nav lights, like any plane really. Im sure the stealth planes like the 117 have them they can just turn em off.

You should be able to get away with just placing it as "favicon.ico" in the index directory. This works for a lot of host`s or this sometimes works for me "<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />" in the header part of the index page, I often copy it to all the pages to make sure It`s got from all angles. Im prolly teaching you to suck eggs but at least anyone who wants to know how it works now does.

You can do it with some Photo/ pictue editing software. It works better if you have high contrasting colours such as in your pic where the greens and dark browns of the Clover lawn are miles away from the grey and white tones of the Valk. Its still sometimes a bit hit and miss.

Cool Hopefully as fans of the original are involved then hopefully we can get something worthy and faitful and not some Hollwood Smulch fest. If they are at least as good as the Gatchaman Collection DVD released a couple of years or so ago then they will be alright. Gatchaman or as I knew it in the 70`s Batle of the Planets was what got me into anime although at the time I didnt know what anime was. Keeping the 70`s style fashions but with a modern style flip on design build would be cool too. Maybe they should do a nod towards that R2D2 wannabe 7-Zark-7 and his Sony Aibo Dog 1-Rover-1 just to pay hommage to the BOTP link, afterall it was that and a couple of others broke anime to the western world. I agree the political angle of the show is not too evident. When they do have a political axe to grind. They seem to want to let the viewer decide where he or she wants to side. this is good as the quickest way to get me to switch off is to add too much politics or preachy religion. These in my books are two subjects to be kept at arms length, and never talked about at dinner parties. I guess its a case of art imitating life. Could still be with flash backs to the quiet times pre Cylon War II
