Tanks weather well when used ALOT outside. Did you upgrade to the link tracks on your 1/24? The ones i have seen had rubbe band tracks from the factory. The museum opens this weekend to the public so i am going to spend tomorrow going over each one and making sure they work. 8 tanks that need to be in show ready condition all but one in 1/16 scale. Any UK members wanna help?

Well considering that Konami provided direct input on the movie and the director is quite well known and has some good credit to his name, silent hill fan to boot i think the movie will be one of the better if not best VG to movie translations. Those pics are production shots without all the film processing and lighting on it so yes they will be brighter. They seem to have captured the look,feel and idea behind Silent Hill very well even down to the hell world bits. This i WILL se in theatres, RE3 i will wait till it comes on tv.

I wish i could help but mine gets routed through my projector to my hugescreen.

Finally my other1/16 Gepard AND my 1/9 scale M1A2 have arrived. The M1 is larger than the area on my workbench . I have a full weekend of tanking ahead of me since i have to do an acceptance inspection and field trial of both units.

I have found that when your cats start messing with your models it means they want attention. Normally mine stay away from my RC tanks even when they are shut off, now one is sleeping on the front deck of my 1/9 scale M1A2 even after being chased by it. Try playing with the cat a little every day and youll see that it will probably leave your stuff alone. The other cat just sleeps behind me in my hobby room chair when im working on something. Basically the cat is saying "Look at me".

I think a new set of all the 1/72 destroids would be great to go with the Hase 1/72 VF1 fighter and battroid kits. Also i would like to add a SV-51 Battroid, gotta love the space pope. Also a 1/72 Cheyenne. A 1/72 cats eye with better detail and sharper molding would be good. Also more of the support vehicles like the flatbed to haul around dead destroids and maybe some general maintenance vehicles.

Why not just master a newer more accurate 1/72 cats eye while were at it
