Mine isnt but id still stop all subjects to build a 1/35 monster i could fit in and drive.

Id pour a test shot of that part before going any further on the rest. It would all be in vain to have the biggest part not work out.

lesser grade resins are good for small subjects and figures. The monster needs something a little more resistant to sagging over time.

When the 1/72 monster is out ill give you a new fanart for the front page.

Got more weathering done. I did some postshading on the fuselage and wings and some drybrushing on the engins to pop the detail more. The kit literally falls together and ANY assembly issues are covered by the instructional CD that comes with it. Watch the videos on the CD before construction it actually keeps you from making a wing alignment mistake.

Working on the Studio scale Xwing a little more. Started the pastel process of the weathering. I use the pastels on a brush and just a straight edge piece of paper to mask it . Scrub the pastel on and blow away the excess.

May she fly straight and true.

The link on the first page may no longer go to the DOA preview BUT it did lead me to a good one. The Adaptation of Silent Hill is due out on the 21 of next month. IT ACTUALLY DOES LOOK GOOD! Im not a fan of game based movies but i think this one will work. Partly due to the fact the games do play out cinematically so the transition is easier. looks way better than resident evil ever will.

ACID! never heard of using that in weathering. You can buy a lighting kit at the SSM store that will fit perfectly inside the monster. Can we start a countdown soon mike? Its been a year almost to the day since this was annunced.
