  1. I can't even name 10 that 'met my expectations', but I'll add a few 2- Macross (TV/FB/DYRL - I see them as a single entity) 3- Chrno Crusade 4- Rozen Maiden (S1) 5- Shakugan no Shana 6- Mahoromatic 7- (New) Dominion Tank Police 8- Project A-ko 9- Mai HIme 10- Martian Successor Nadesico 1- Fate Stay/Night
  2. Guess I considered everything I bought as "Toy" mopeds, guitars, computers, even my motorbikes the first "real" toy I bought after childhood was the Yamato VF1A Hikaru waiting for the 1/48 to be released It was all a matter of time though, when I was finally able to buy overseas I would've bought a 1/55 out of nostalgia anyway
  3. Somehow I think I remember this cartoon were it a bunch of sub-terranians battling monsters with names like "Decompose"?

  8. Clint is the man The last bastion of manliness There are no bad Clint movies Conclusion: this movie will rock!
  9. Don't ask me for names but I had a small wind up elephant and raptor and battery operated mammoth and stegosaur (still have that last one ...somewhere)
  10. funny how I know of their existence since I was just a wee lad but apart from the toys never really 'got into it'
  11. *BuzzzZZZZzzzzz!!!!* "Sorry, that answer has just taken away your chances to go to the final round the correct answer is...........:" the F-111 (not saying there are no similarities to the F-14,.. but the basis was the F-111)
  12. Man, that thing would be huge,... absolutely bloody cool, but HUGE! In more realistic terms, I'd want a 1/48 flightbay set groundcrew, ammocarts, cranes, personel jeep(s)
  13. on a forum about 80's F14 lookalikes that become robots uhuh,.. lame indeed
  14. everybody is talking about incorparating the most rediculous 1/48 designs the only feasable option that won't fall apart if you so much as look at it would be the telescopic feet any idea how thin a swaybar like the 1/48 would be in 1/60? or how to get it to lock inside the nose (the pegs you fold in on the nose of the 1/48 are tiny and almost impossible to get out even at their current scale) integrated heatshield? maybe, but still flimsy and prone to braking off I'd love to see the "Yamato's lousy QC" topics if they were to redesign the 1/60's the way people described here
  15. The fact that I simply don't have more funds to collect these is the only reason I didn't get them I always browse the 'preorder' list at HLJ and this is one of the few things I've had no connection with that caught my eye oh well, maybe in the future
  16. Lemme guess If they don't (re)use the names any other production corporation, can use them (like with those whacked out transformers a while back)
  17. They 'voted'? bloody hell, I thought science based it's decisions on facts, not on popular opinion

  19. I need a 2nd job anyone interested in a man-ho'
  20. I said it years ago, they should add to the 1/60 line what would be too expensive for the 1/48 line M7, M0, enemy mechs, are all more 'possible' in 1/60 But if they were to redesign the vf1's I doubt I would buy them again
  21. hmmm seems like I can't attach the flash file
  22. Hell, wasn't there a 1/24 resinkit available 'till a few years back? and wasn't it something like $300
