    Nah. I like them in Car mode, and I have Prowl and Smokescreen in Robot mode already I might put his launchers on Prowl or bluestreak though.

    Probs. Considering I got mine for a little cheaper than what it would cost to ship this new one.. I'll stick with the old one I'll keep my eye out for more info on this release though.

    Robotech isn't really anything other than slamming together 1 great anime, 1 good anime, and 1 crappy one. It's hard to continue something when you had no creative output in the first place. Again, I'm glad it was brought over when it was, otherwise I probably wouldn't care much about Macross. It's not like any kid in the 80's growing up had access to the original Macross show. Macross is something specific and always evolving, though. Would I like to know more about Rick Hunter if the story was good? Maybe... but that ship has kinda sailed haha.

    You can see it in my bigger photo above. The first release is colored with buttons and sounds from the OVA. Fairly heavy. Not a must by any means, but it's damn cool. haha

    Pretty much guarantees that Takara will release official versions. I'm betting we see some kind of announcement by the end of the year or start of next. I don't see them leaving all this money on the table. The only ones that look decent to me are the gigapowers.

    Looks the same to me, with a cheaper stand. Might have slightly different piping. Maybe just a chance to capitalize on the new interest with a re-release?

    I think I like it better than the original Bluestreak release.

    Why not both? haha. I'd prefer a plastic piece to insert that makes it look like there is an interior over heavy tinting. But if it was too dark it would look too uniform I think.

    Hmmm No clue. The original comes with two sets of "parts" so you can technically make two different looking robots.... from the pics I don't see anything above and beyond. Maybe the shoulders are a little different? Probably doesn't have the base either.... but it's hard to say.

    Took a few picks of Silverstreak. I must admit I wasn't that keen on it when they first announced it, but I kind of love it. I think it's the best looking car mode of the fairladys. It has a realistic 80's sheen to it. Almost like a Delorean. It's the MP-08x of Autobot cars Kind of want to grab another.

    Sometimes i have problems getting the bracket far enough up... so that the peg on the side of the booster fits into the folder pack. But it goes in you jiggle a bit.
