    I don't think the average casual collector will buy a VF-1D. A funky orange Valk that was only in a few episodes. Most people want a Roy or a Hikaru if they dip their feet in from another line like Transformers or something. Luckily most Macross fans are fanatical, and everybody loves flying jets. Keep in mind we are a vocal minority of the hardcore collector, and not a good slice of what sells and makes money.

    I don't buy from them because they are very stubborn about combining shipping, and in general their PO prices are too high. Not to mention their site interface is a pain in my ass. Also, their customer service stinks. Their responses are confusing, vague, and bitchy. I haven't missed them. Either you make it easy for me to pay you for overpriced plastic or I go somewhere else. haha. I've had good interactions with them... How hard is it to take somebodies money and ship something? That doesn't mean they won't screw you when it counts haha.

    G1 all silver would suck out loud. I'm thinking it would be blue, blue streak in keeping with their Tigertrack repaint. It was the first non-cartoon repaint for the lambor mold, so I'm assuming they would do the same for the fairlady's. It would be cool to have a diaclone MP collection, as the colors are so boss. Def, more fun than the G2 Lambor and the Soundblaster.

    I used to think stands should come with all releases but stands are overrated IMO. They take up tons of space if you're trying to display multiple Valks (or any piece for that matter) and 9 times out of 10 they stay in the box, or go back in the box to save on space. I'd rather have more gear, extras, and better paint jobs than a stand. You can always buy higher quality ones down the road.

    Ive noticed their shipping can be a bit higher sometimes. I rarely buy from them unless it's a good price or something I don't want to fight bidding for.

    I just got two items essentially for free in terms of shipping. I had a T-Rex Sentinel Powered suit, my second Smokescreen, and a Hot Toys Man of Steel in my warehouse. Shipping = $30 bucks fedex. ($10 bucks cheaper than EMS) Typically the Hot Toys would be $25 on it's own. The Powered suit and Smoke Screen would have been $30 on their own. It was nice because I already had some money in my paypal from ebay and it was only $160 for the Man of steel. But anyway, Saving $30 bucks 5 or 6 times a year is a whole nother toy in the long run

    I can't figure out why AmiAmi and HLJ are trying to Charge $350 before shipping for the Diecast MKII and then sideshow has it for $290 shipped? Never seen the Japanese sites charging that much of a difference. That's pretty bass ackwards.

    I'm not dying to get an ostrich. I'd like to see Arcadia update it, but that could be a few years away or never. I don't think it's worth the money people are paying, though I understand the desire to collect rare valks. I paid $200 and something for the Elint, and I feel it's probably a better piece than the Ostrich.

    No... it's dust. It was before. The Chinese exclusive was loose as hell. The arms wouldn't really hold a pose well. I sold mine... luckily before the Takara re-issue drove down the prices. The new Takara one is falling apart. haha I'm pretty sure any loose version is a KO of some kind, or maybe a factory reject. But who the hell wants a reject? Shrug. I wouldn't buy another one. The flame sword looks really cheap. It makes me think of the Animated grimlock toy. Everybody is trying to squeeze every last cent out of this mold because they smelled the demand haha.

    It's as much of a hero as the VF-1D and that sells well.

    It's sad too. The KO's of grimlock have killed the mold. Takara released another version just to try to get some of that cash back and I've seen people's grimlock where the arm just fell off. haha If you buy KO's you hate Freedom.
