Am not a league of legends gamer, nor a netflix binge watcher. But Arcane has got me binge watching a few episodes so far. This show is a A-class example of how character animation should be approached. The facial expressions, movement all give weight and drama. And the world and scenes themselves are amazingly stylish yet, via the style, it conveys the worlds realism via shadows and highlights amazingly. Script is fantasy, steam punk but character development is well integrated without sacrificing pace. Kudos to the team for keeping me this engaged. No requirement to have played LoL to watch this show. But i do appreciate a 4K TV to show all the gorgeous imagery. 😄 whoa. sting...

Yeah i loved M0 too. The dogfights were incredible, camera angles, in cockpit perspectives and all that. The dogfight maneuvers looked like perfectly animated from textbooks, instead of just scissoring in macross delta....😅 Story wise it was relevant to the lore, and pacing was good (except maybe ep3 where the pace slowed, but it was necessary for the plot) through out. Have a feeling that bandai is saving the scout to be bundled as a 2 pack as well...its design might be just a bit too 'alien' to sell on its own...

Since the 31AX wings are thicker, maybe the only way to secure it is to have deeper recesses in the hardpoints? Based on the actual design, i dont see much choice for bandai to implement a more secure connection. Or maybe the boosters are indeed lighter than usual...carbon fibre plastics and what not hahah...😅

twin long 31AX boosters on the 19. why not? 😄 The 19 missiles may look too tiny in replacement of the boosters. DX twin reaction missiles might seem more appropriate on the folded wing tips Cant wait for someone to try tho.

All of these talk abt stands and me noticing bandai's new mic-stands. Make that mic stand arm transparent, add a macross kite in the middle so it seems to be floating, and then mount a valk above it!! sigh...wouldnt think anyone here would attempt it in 3D print eh..

Hmmm the new AX wing hinge does look like having an universal weapon hardpoint, to me. We can only be sure when its out. edit: screengrab from the TN demo.. What are you thinking of? Mounting the boosters underside the wing of a YF-30,19,171? Or more like missiles on the 31AX folded wings 😃...

Would be pleasantly surprised if bandai did a December PO for the 0s. I am thinking likely February PO, if a late 2nd quarter 2022 slot is viable. Else April/May for a 3rd quarter 2022 release. One eye open.

Untabbed as usual. Wing sweep pockets on the fuselage seem a bit too wide? Jolly rogers tampo on tail fin seems a tad large and too close to the edge? Maybe prototype issues.

I remember the recognition the UN Spacy kite had after Macross ended the late 80's. Folks i knew of who never were into anime, started recognizing it immediately as associated with valks, mecha and such. It held its own, like a niche cultural phenomenon back in the day. Then of course the wrangling with HG/BW minimised its visibility and the rest was history. Thats why when bandai did a VF-1J DX few years ago, I was more happy for the sight of the kite, because the kite was back again on a Bandai DX toy after 10-20 (or more?) years...

In the macross valk lore, always had the impression that the VF-0 used real world f-14 and was modified with zentradi tech, so would be significantly taller than the vf-1 valks. This was as opposed to the vf-1 being newly developed?

oh no. Bandai'ed?? Didnt quite notice the scale but yeah that's seems to look quite a fair bit off scale? Perhaps a prototype issue?
