Safe to say any fan favourite valks would best be served as bandai's 'emergency' options..i.e.. to be used to raise sticker prices; or when bottom line profits are getting hit; or when sales/interest in the IP are waning... thats why i am NOT IN ANY BIT REMOTELY INTERESTED in bandai releasing any max/milia VF-1J.s in DX format.. hear that bandai!! . . . . but if they do, of course i might see whats the fuss all abt..

No PO madness for this one... still available on HLJ.. Am on board this as a stealth-ish looking vf-17-ish, since the old DX vf-171 CF which was a closer(?)-ish-ish stealth look had not the best reputations.... lots of '-ish's... likely a fighter mode on display but even then, for a stealthly colors look and definitely not on proportions... but the past few pages has been no less classic macrossworld dissections of the vf-17.... awesome! no doubt, i would wish for a new better represented proportion wise, DX VF-17, but who knows when that would be...

MV was pretty influential back then, though am not sure to the extent of what parts of pop culture drove it or vice versa. i was still in my younger teens, but the thing i do remember vividly annoyance/pre-occupation with sockless footwear... -
Yeah a movie format somehow misses the point on what made the series popular...the story pacing, looks +and letting jan hammer's score seep into the dramatics... That said, not sure if any new series would work either...miami vice was a product of its time...
