Not cheap to us but cheap to bandai as per their cost of paint Yeah pretty bummed they didnt include the YF-21. The one i really wanted... MAYBE BANDAI TOT A FULL BLUE VALK WOULD BE TOO MUCH BLUE IN THE LINEUP. Hahaha...

Very much a missed opportunity as well to put a macross kite on a frontier valk. Just to say, no more Nuns, the OG Macross is back to reclaim worldwide release..

Gonna be cynical and say it’s blue cos bandai has the blue 29 also as a release option and, can save costs using the same blue paint...😆 Somebody in marketing was smoking something? 😅 This! The nose was bugging me too.. Gonna take the opposite side and say it might be hard to order(tho relatively much easier than the usual) on preorder day but maybe very easily available on release day and after..just because of the price and the lack(?) of a full set parts release like alto’s 29..

😆 It didn’t concern me before but I must admit it does a little to me now cos it’s more than a bit off. Maybe it won’t again if the official photos are fetching enough hahah... I need a CSI picture enhancement heheh...It was mentioned that it was an 0a and not an 0s at that time if I recall..doesn’t matter... The more I look at it, hmmm...the implementation of the design seems a bit lazy to me. Why blue or why just only blue on some parts? WWM is bugging me. Not so much the lettering but rather the vagueness(?). Should have put 40 or a kite emblem in there somewhere instead. I get why some folks are digging it. Skull emblem, check. Modern sleek design, check. Plus it looks similar to the macross the first valk design scheme somehow. Especially on the fuselage leading to wing areas.

Now i see the prototype pictures for the phalanx again, the missile door hinges and the red side bubble light are too large compared to the lineart.. lineart from the macross mecha manual site..

If it’s a 2 pack, then you will have phalanx x8 also... Seeing the ‘&’ in the listing might mean a 2 pack.

A two HMR pack release would make sense...save the release slots for other stuff....
