i would generally agree with you on the looming armor parts, except on one point. And that point depends if the fast packs for the A's come with their own modex i.e. 03 on the shield. if they do, then it would make sense to release a 03 fast pack now to avoid interest falling off in future.

everytime sh9000 posts a line-up, macross battle soundbites keep pop-ing in my head. -
i found the 20th anni of the 29 as a perfect example of how an anniversary/homage scheme should look like, not too gaudy and with complimenting colors. The skull tampo on the chest was a nice homage, and the co-incidental black tiger stripes on the side in fighter mode sold it for me!

I have the f-14 Wolfpack release from them, and looking out for the wave 3 releases of their f-14s. Just wondering how much more detail can be added to their vf-1 version. Weathered perhaps? Their upcoming f-16 has removable engine blocks and I wouldn't mind if they put that in for the vf-1 as well. The vf-1 release space is indeed tight.

At 1/72 scale for a non-transformable vf-1 fighter, i think the detailing has got to be top notch to get the demand on board. That or the price. Bandai is teasing their transformable vf-1 DX (altho on a separate scale), so that's a hmmmmm also in the interest dept. side note tho, wonder if there will be strike packs as well?

I would just say get the rg tallgeese. It's bandai and a gundam, not hard at all.

Yeah an mg jabber series if they sell well...frankly it would be nice to have a fleet of various types. They are fairly unique to hold their own as a display of spacecraft design.
