  1. I'll wait till it comes out in theaters to get a better opinion. And preferably not from a site that has a hard-on for the movie. And is not a rough cut of the movie. In other words, I'll wait before beating the drum.
  2. Unfortunately nothing. Added tags.
  3. Due to spamming, we increased the timespan between posts/edits for flood control.
  4. In select theaters (Japan), March 2, 2013. On sale on Blu-ray/DVD March 22, 2013.
  5. Actually, that's the mobile skin which is embedded in the forum software. They're getting better with its features with each update.
  6. Picked up this news when looking at other shows that are being talked about for next season: TCW Moving From CN To Disney XD? There is word that they are working on Season 6 but it shouldn't come as a shock if the show moves off Cartoon Network to a Disney-owned network.
  7. I'm not sure a rebooted Star Wars would be something I want to see. Otherwise, why call them "Episode 7-9"? I would rather he make an intelligent movie with his own touch than pander to the fanboy-legion. But with any film, I'm cautiously optimistic about its outcome.
  8. Word is that Abrams hasn't committed to the 2015 release date Disney has stated. He still has another Star Trek movie and a Mission Impossible movie to do on top of the 2 TV projects that just got ordered. But he's only producer on the TV shows.
  9. John Williams is 80 years old.... I don't know if he has the energy to make it to when production starts, which may not be until after well 2015 with Abrams' current schedule.
  10. Still no official announcement. But these 2 came out today. STAR WARS Director J.J. Abrams Will Still Be Involved With STAR TREK 3 JJ Abrams Gets Orders For New Shows – One With Superpowered Girl, One With Robot Cop Sounds like he's still under contract to continue on with what he has.
  11. Just like Abrams and Star Wars, I want to see an official press release. If there's no official statement (either from the studio, someone's Twitter/Facebook account, or some news/blog post), then either someone is waiting for the other party to respond in negotiations or it's BS. Too often the 'Net jumps on stuff as fact. It's not fact until the T's are crossed and the I's dotted, or simply put until the contract is signed. Until then, either party can pull out and anything can happen.
  12. If you bring them money, they'll try to keep you. Look at Joss Whedon and Disney. They gave him an exclusive contract to make other Avengers films AND they gave him the S.H.I.E.L.D. TV series to produce.
  13. Apparently some commercial director. Apparently he's directing some David Keopp-written sci-fi project called The Wind for WB. Probably should emphasis that this person is "in talks" to direct. So it could end up back on the queue if talks fall through.
  14. http://www.thewrap.com/movies/article/jj-abrams-set-direct-next-star-wars-film-exclusive-74596 So if no one is saying anything, either this is still in negotiations or BS. I'm gonna wait for an official press release. Gotta love the age of instant news... Mod Note: Yes, I will lock this thread if this end up being false.

  16. There's no real age limit. But since MGs use small parts and may require some tooling, I'd say age 6, supervised. HGs just have small parts so they should be fine at age 5-6. Just be sure they don't step on a dropped part.
  17. We try not too as we would get inundated with requests (i.e., choose wisely). You have a choice to change your just display name or login/display name. PM me when you've made your decision and what you would like to change it to.
  18. Jeebus, why have Tatum doing the John McClane when they could have hired Willis do it? I think I'll wait for a trailer for White House Down to figure out which one I'd poop on more. (The fact that 2 movies with identical plots come out in the same year makes me want to crawl into the corner and cower while repeating "Can't sleep. Hollywood really has no more ideas".)
  19. This will interest some, most likely piss off most (as we all love those exclusive web store-only releases). P-Bandai Hobby Online Shop Exclusive: MG 1/100 Tallgeese II Announced!
  20. This. There's only so much they could fit into a 100-minute "movie". Keep in mind this was originally conceived as a web-series, that was considered to be put onto TV, then went back to being a web-series, which will also air on TV in Feb. 2013. If it does well enough (i.e. people watch it and people buy the Blu-ray/DVD, which goes on sale Feb. 19, 2013), SyFy may consider more. Either more web-shows or maybe a run on TV.
