My wings don't even stay even when folded forward. I haven't bothered to compare in high speed because I don't like that mode at all. But it sucks you're having that wing instability.

I love how he attempts a scientific reason for "because buildings are taller" when it's literally because buildings are taller now and Godzilla would look dwarfed if he were still only fifty meters.

I decided to check out my CF 171 in fighter mode again. Interesting. I never had a problem with the big or small triangles when I first bought it and transformed it from fighter to Gerwalk for display purposes. Only after transforming back to fighter did the little triangle break on one side. I've since left it in fighter and the big triangles are beginning to crack. I'm thinking part of the problem is the strange tolerances on the shoulders when transformed in fighter. It seems to be the metal bar that holds the larger triangles is put into an odd angle of pressure when in fighter that isn't present in the other two modes. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong on that. But that seems to be where it stems from as the full year prior in Guardian (edit, Gerwalk because crybabies) mode I had no problem with the larger triangles. Has anybody had an Alto 171 left in fighter start to crack/break as well?

Are there pics of the scratch built one from the back too? For one thing it looks like the legs on the Experten one are extremely far apart. and the chest/shoulders are super broad and squat. I've honestly never been a fan of the VF-9, but wow does this Experten one make it look baaaaad. That scratch build one still doesn't do anything for me but proportionally it's very appealing.

Even if you disliked the head, still sexy low-viz fighter/gerwalk modes. That's pretty much why I'm getting it.

I think the smaller feet don't look as good esthetically. But given all of the "wink, wink, nudge, nudge" small feet comments I'd almost assume your problem is Godzilla isn't sufficiently packing for you guys.

Other then needing some more detail in spots (and the Tie Fighters disfigurement) the CGI looks fine. I personally hate everything about that Star Wars Anime look.

The shiny plastic does not lend itself well to customization. Neither does the basic transformation for the 25. We have seen a few people customize the 171 however.
