    I'm quite excited by this, as the 19 (in all its variations) is my second favourite VF after the 17. Will definitely get at least one and if the fighter mode is good, two. Strangely, even though I like Macross Zero and like the VF-0 design, I'm not at all excited by Arcadia's upcoming VF-0D.

    Broke the rear attachment point on the gunpod, when trying to attach it in fighter mode last night. I guess I used too much force when trying to push it into the hole in the missile container. Also one thing that really bugs me it's that in fighter mode with the missile container deployed, there is no way to attach the gunpod

    Oh, my wife and son know all about missile spamming in Macross. I've been in this hobby since 82 and my wife has been suffering since 91.......hehehe. Just they both thought the weapons pod looked weird compared with all my other Valks. Just transformed from Battroid back to Fighter without resorting to the instructions, easier than expected.

    Mine arrived yesterday. Bigger than I expected in Fighter mode. No problem transforming to Gerwalk mode. Transforming to Battroid, was fairly difficult and a bit frustrating, as I personally found the instruction manual a bit unclear about what to do. On a difficulty level, I felt transforming this was similar to the Yamato SV-51. Not looking forward to transforming it back to fighter mode, although I'll have to as that's the mode I like best. Didn't need the braces for either Gerwalk or Battroid mode, nice and tight so far. My wife and son both asked what the missile pod was and thought it looked silly

    Damn, NY cancelled my order. Meant to pay last night, but forgot. Was going to pay this morning but was 30 minutes past their 8am cut off time, and received an order cancellation email from them. Emailed them back saying I wanted to pay, but they said too late. CD Japan seems out of stock now. Anybody know any other source? I'm just looking for one pc. Graham

    I hope Arcadia eventually release production versions of these, just like Yamato eventually included production versions of the T-Rex VF-1 option parts with the VF-1 toys.

    I actually really like the bright white colour of the Arcadia DYRL Valks, I'd definitely buy Max's 1A/S and Kakizaki's 1A if Arcadia released them in bright white. To be honest, I was never really happy with the grayish off-white that Yamato used for the DYRL Valks. I also like the new Acadia display stand, I think the storage compartment is a great idea for storing all the option parts.

    Saw it today with wife and son. Things I liked best were all the SAI custom pistols and carbines and Hound and his one liners and guns.

    Black NUNS piece disintegrated on the right shoulder of one of my CF yesterday, which had been standing on display in Battroid mode since I bought it. Only transformed one time, then never transformed the finicky thing again. Black triangle piece cracked and fell off my other CF which was on display in fighter mode months ago.

    I want the Batmobile from the movie. Yesterday, I just bought the set with the orange Akira style bike and the cool looking SWAT car for my son. It was the only one of the movie sets that had been sold out since release, but stores here finally restocked Graham

    IIRC, the YF-30 does not carry any external missiles. All the missiles are in the weapon container in the back and in internal weapons bays in the lower legs. Graham
