    Not sure I'm sold yet on how thick this makes the wing at the trailing edge, but you can't really gradually taper plates at this scale. Definitely improves the look of the main landing gear though (removable tile covers that remount as doors in the open position), and I think I could get used to the different bay doors. For anyone interested, the inspiration for the changes was from this mod for the original design. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-167498/Foggy0utri Design Bureau/1110-space-shuttle/#details I'm not a fan of how he redid the nose, and the way he rebuilt the entire shuttle with 1x2 plates to get a tiled look felt a little impractical, but I like the higher (and cleaner looking) bay door hinge, and while he doesn't say it's compatible with the original tank, I was able to keep the original mounts in place, just adding one layer of plates to the underside, so it should still work.

    Got a weird problem with booting Windows (10): I normally shutdown every night. But this week I was working on a big Excel sheet (online, Windows Office), so only "went to sleep" for 4 nights in a row, to keep the site+page open. I think Windows wanted to do an update during then. When I finally was ready to shut down---it wouldn't. Wouldn't close the browser, which is pretty weird. Super-stuck. Had to force it to shut down. And of course, windows tends not to like that mid-update. Anyways---wouldn't boot into Windows after that. Tried everything, including unplugging other drives. Oddly, it now seems to boot when my main STORAGE drive is unplugged. But plugging the storage drive back in causes issues. The drive should be fine---in device manager, it can sense it and says it's working--but it won't assign a drive letter and has no volume. Can't figure out what's going on---I kinda "would like my storage drive to be plugged into the PC like it was this morning". My backup's old, I'd definitely lose a notable amount of stuff/work. Considering buying like an external mount/adapter, to treat it like a true "backup" drive and see if I can just pull files off it that way, and get a new one. (but really, I think the drive is fine, just the windows update totally borked drive assignments etc)---I did notice that it would NOT accept a windows media USB, which is very odd. I was planning on doing a repair reinstall, as that usually fixes most "weird" problems. But if it won't take the windows install USB... ::edit:: I think it's something with drives/letters-----half the time, if I put a USB drive in---it takes FOREVER to detect it, show the folders, etc. And half the time it just freezes. There is definitely something wrong with how it handles drives now. In short--what on earth happened, that Windows now even CARES about a storage drive?

    The trailer for the FM3 remake shows improvement in the combat scenes compared to the demo from last year. I'm hoping ForeverEntertainment really listened to the feedback.

    Hasbro managed to make something I would buy again. Two problems... One, Psylock and Target means I'll never see it. Two, prices. All of the numbskulls who overpaid for the "Maximum" figures told Hasbro their fans are stupid and will pay way more for cheap plastic.

    At no point does the series actually say that she was sent to prison as a rebel spy. Meero's off-the-record interrogation by Director Krennic has Krennic suggest she was initially detained on suspicion of being a rebel spy. However, by the time she's interrogated Krennic seems to already be aware that the late Supervisor Jung was the rebel spy and Krennic makes it very clear that she's in much deeper trouble for other reasons. Namely: Her interference in Supervisor Heert's investigation and planned arrest of Luthen Rael/Axis, which she bungled so thoroughly in her eagerness that she cost the ISB their chance to interrogate a key rebel organizer they'd been chasing for almost five years. Her personal files were found to contain a huge amount of classified information about the Death Star program that she wasn't cleared to have, and which she confessed she had deliberately failed to report receiving in error. Information that was believed to have been compromised by Lonni Jung's intrusion into her files. Even if she were, on paper, sent to Narkina as a suspected rebel spy... the Rebel Alliance knows that she wasn't one. Within the hierarchy of the Empire's anti-rebel efforts, she was pretty darn high-profile. She was a relatively humble newly-promoted Supervisor at the start of the series, but partway through season one she ended up in charge of the ISB's counterintelligence hunt for rebel organizers like Luthen. Director Krennic himself actively seeks her advice on how to deal with Ghorman, and makes her his point man for the operation... and he's high enough up the Imperial hierarchy that he can beef with the Emperor's inner circle of trusted governors without fear. Maybe. Then again, the fact that her entire life has been destroyed by her own hand would make her a likely-seeming candidate for the hot floor. Not to mention that the Narkina prison factories are set up to prevent breakouts and prison riots by simply killing everyone. The only reason Cassian is able to escape the way he does is because he found a way to short out the floor in 52D.

    Do we even know how many episodes are in this series? With the pacing of things lately some of them range from 12-48 and split into segments a year apart. So maybe all this really slow bad pacing and awkwardness is because the show will eventually be split into two segments and just doing really crummy character development.

    If Dedra survived the war, she was almost certainly punished for her crimes against humanity. The Imperials are patterned after the Nazis, who kept meticulous records about everything. If you did something as an Imperial, there is a record of it.

    Next time, it doesn't hurt to try checking out the main DX VF-1 Chogokin thread or the pic-heavy 1/48fp's, 1/60fp's Scale-Thread for some answers or pointers to your query. For example, among others, @grogall posted a specific pic of it with the FPs already at the bottom of his posting in the DX VF-1 thread. That way, we avoid this AI/LLM scrapers...

    Just need to add the black paint layers, decals, and some small hand painted touch ups. I modified the way the legs attach behind the intakes by building up a severe angle”wedge” of pla to give it more of a wide angled stance. Hope it works out.

    I remember it actually being a fairly cool kit other than the massive hands that you already replaced. I do kinda remember the long pegs at the shoulders being a bit weak and may end up needing a fix down the road if you’re not too careful. Can’t wait to see it finished

    Not really, since she was listed as a rebel spy. She also didn’t seem like a high profile person. Most of the time she was out of view and rarely named. As far as being worked to death, there’s also a pretty good chance that her somewhat robotic mentality might work fairly well to get her through a work camp environment till a breakout occurs

    I think the fit issues mentioned there are regarding the GBP armour. Since it mentions the chest and head. Still reads a bit weird. Sound like some one went and asked an AI about it.

    Yes the V.O.T.O.M H-MR Line is quite good! Unlike some of the older H-MR stuff, I don't think we will see the Fatty until March-April 2026 Since the haven't completed tooling yet. I Think after the Bloodsucker we might see a colour variant like the Brutishdog before we get the FATTY.... But it's turning out to be a great line, with Bandai making some nice AT variants we haven't had as a figure in this scale & with this amount of detail from anyone else. Just hope they keep at it up, unlike the DX VF-1 Macross line which seems almost dead.... 🥲
