Shawn Posted Tuesday at 09:09 PM Posted Tuesday at 09:09 PM I'm going to say most of that 36mm difference is in the Quead's top antenna, like the spire of a high rise building I think its going to be LARGE Quote

Never for multiple pre-orders and/or combining pre-orders and in-stock, though, since IIRC they don't consolidate orders the way HLJ do. Or if they do, it's not explained in a way that I was able to comprehend and take advantage of. If you're going to order these and only these, then they're a solid legacy choice. It’s a bit of a limited option. You have to pick the option that says monthly recombination, and then it only works for items from the same release month, but if an item gets pushed back a month, then it automatically will ship separately. It’s a little confusing and doesn’t always work out Quote
KOG Water Dragon Posted Tuesday at 10:31 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 10:31 PM If I'm not mistaken, this is the first time the movie version has been available in any scale, and the first time any version has been available in this scale (in plastic)? Quote

Yes, the movie version has never had a plastic model or toy, the tv version had one in 1/144 by Imai, but I got a pretty good feeling that 1/72 is coming soon for the tv version Quote

The kit included a pilot figure as well. Pic below is just for reference. This kit is going to be huge. And found another kit. Wow. Edited Wednesday at 12:31 AM by nightmareB4macross Quote

Yeah, there’s been a few resin ones, but this will be the first plastic one. I do like the resin interpretations, but the new hasegawa one is more like the line art and supposedly has some details from original sketches Quote

Shawn Posted Wednesday at 03:54 PM Posted Wednesday at 03:54 PM Just saw this on the HLJ description...cool some new Miytatake art (its minor, but I don't care) "This kit was fully supervised by Kazutaka Miyatake! In particular, the mechanical details of the neck, the circular details of the arms and legs, and the shape and details of the wrists are all based on newly drawn rough sketches (the sketches are reproduced in the assembly instructions).
