In my monthly Mafex Rogue update HLJ now lists her as an October release.

I wonder what is taking so long? Are the assembly workers stealing all the butt pieces, I don’t understand.

At this pace Jubilee will be out before her, if she is not also delayed.

This is maddening! Is this normal for a Mafex figure being delayed for 6 months and counting?

This and the Heatboys Shredder being delayed and delayed again is driving me crazy. I fear that they will either be in permanent preorder limbo or being cancelled outright.

Who knows these days. Seems every company is missing their deadlines these days for various reasons. Hopefully it’s not as creepy as too many booty bits going missing.

i had a preorder from hiya that was supposed to be out before last October and barely got a notification for it being in processing. It was supposed to be a Christmas present last year but I had to do an alternate item instead. I kinda forgot about it and I think it’s unfortunately getting the expensive dhl shipping since I ordered it from a spot that doesn’t hold items and now that’s probably the only option. Luckily the Rogue was ordered at hlj, so maybe things will smooth out when it eventually comes out

The only thing Mafex related I'm aware of is the AoA Wolverine and Cyke are due out September 27th.  Anything after that nobody at the Mafex store seems to know yet.

Next update, right now the official word for Rogue is "next Month."  However, AoA Wolverine and Cyclops were both set for the 27th of September and now their official release date is "next month" too.  If things hold that would probably make Wolvie/Cyke the 11th of October and Rogue on the 25th.  But that's a heavily salted guess.

Is the Gambit the same action figure without the metallic and more expensive?

I think the metallic pink was an odd choice on the older one, but the armor bits kinda worked in those colors, but if I didn’t already have the older version, I’d probably get the new one.

Lol yeah it's Cena-ish, I guess, I used to think Mafex was head and shoulders above Figuarts for faces most of the time, but honestly, it may have been rose-tinted glasses. Like Bandai, looking back, I feel they've been off as much as they've been on, actor likeness is all over the place on their releases.

Yes it is the same figure in different colors and higher price.

That Scambit is really pricey at bbts. It’s $134 before tax and shipping and possibly other fees. I got the original version for $50 or $60 when it was new. I thought that was a little pricey for a six inch toy then, now it seems like a total bargain

Current official release, Tom Holland Spider-Man is due this Saturday.  Rogue is currently January 31st.  Jubilee is currently February 28th.

No word on Robin or X-Man.

Eyes are wrong (too light, not "smoky" enough), head shape is off (too wide, too short from top to bottom), lips are too pale and too thin, nose is too wide at the nostrils and lacking the definition Gal Gadot's has, and her jawline is a bit off. 

Maybe this is her stunt double?
