MegaX Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 I was wondering if anyone could supply me with a pic of the final scene when Hikaru's in the Strike Valkyrie and has all of his weapons aimed at Bodolza's head with Minmei in the background. Thanks a lot!!!
505thAirborne Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 After all these years, its still an awesome scene!!
DrStrangelove Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 Weird, i dont remember the hologram of minmei in the background
mitch Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 One of the coolest shots in Anime. Ever! Still gives me chills to this day.
Vi-RS Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 I also like the screen before Hikaru flying along with the SDF-1 and salute Lisa before he took off.
JB0 Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 (edited) Weird, i dont remember the hologram of minmei in the background There's worse things than forgetting she's there. I'm on record as mistaking her gloves for her chest. ... Yeah, I'm not really sure how either. But in stills it looked like a REALLY big bust. Edited June 13, 2009 by JB0
VFTF1 Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 Well - thanks for showing us the major animation error in DYRL's ending - namely the Strike cannon is on Hikaru's left in some scenes - and then on his right in other scenes... Pity. Pete
lechuck Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 That's not an animation error, more like a screen grab being falsely mirrored.
Beltane70 Posted June 14, 2009 Posted June 14, 2009 It's definitely a mirrored screen grab. If you look at the first post of pictures, you'll see the same scene in its correct alignment.

ff95gj Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 I always like the Full Ammo Attack scene. It's like throwing flying knives and bullets and grenades and rockets at someone who is chained to a wall and cannot run. Seriously, this together with the salute scene, has become classic in my little mind. They are so ingenious. No wonder they are repeated in MF.
taksraven Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 I hope so That would explain it. Pete Yeah, its heart attack city otherwise, eh............. Taksraven
