So my yellowed Yamato 1/60 v1 Hikaru that was in pretty sad shape I've been starting on moving him to an Alaska Base custom. I have to put on another coat and clean up a *lot* of the lines on there, but he's already starting to take shape. Even needing more work, it is way better than the crazy yellow thing I had before. Once I finish tidying up the primary colors, I'll add in some detailing. Knees look a little odd from this angle- they'll look better once I tidy that up.

We also put black cat items all around the yard and have a "Can you count all the black cats" game going for the neighborhood small kids. We move some of them around the yard every few days.

The kids will be trick or treating. We usually set up in the driveway with a magical-research set-up anyway, so we're gonna do that (without the canopy we normally do it). We're gonna draw coffins on the ground that are six feet apart to show where people can stand and write "Six Feet Apart or Six Feet Under". We'll use like a skeleton arm thing to hand candy over.

Yep- we decorated, though a number of our flowers are still blooming like crazy, so I had to design the graveyard around it. We also added skeletons and pumpkins to the window boxes this year. Haven't gotten our night pictures yet with everything lit up.

Yep- they've done the Hikaru DYRL 1A in HMR and had the DYRL Max and Hayao 1As in HM, but we have yet to get the TV versions (HM or HMR). I think that Hayao being a "less popular" character was my thought to pack with Max.

I would think that repaints of valks would at least be a low-risk money grabber while they continue to evaluate stuff like destroids and zents. I know a Max/Hayao 1A two pack would sell. Or at least I'd buy it.

All this chunky talk and I spotted a (currently) decent priced Takatoku on fleabay. It is a triple cannon but the artist couldn't manage to show that and probably just said "Oh, it's hidden behind there where it can't be seen". I used this same strategy when drawing things..... in grade school. "Hey, this airplane wing is on the other side so I don't need to draw it, even though the angle of the airplane would clearly show it."
