I just like whatever show has big robots goin around smashing stuff. I get a kick out of that. It can be cool & deep too, but I think I gravitate more towards the Godzilla style that super robot stuff has in general. I like the military stuff too, but sometimes I think certain shows take themselves too seriously.

I liked THE IDEA of Fallout 2, but I couldn't get into it. I was also turned off by Bioshock's "consolizing" of SS2 basically. How does Fallout fare? I'm down with ports, but when I feel like the game is ACTUALLY DUMBED DOWN, that's when it's over for me. Thoughts?

I'm playin through Fable 2 atm. I like the improvements that they made. It still the same old stuff though. I like it, but some features seem like they weren't totally fleshed out.

Cheadle > Howard. Howard got a Crispin Glover syndrome probably. Pity, just when I got used to the idea of him as War Machine. Hell though, they really could have gotten anybody and in the back of my mind I half expected a change of actor for one reason or another. I would have predicted notoriety as the deciding issue though... like Denzel Washington or Wesley Snipes sniping the role.

Hell, I first watched M7 on crappy low res RM files. I'm watching these new files and am amazed at the detail in M7... even in the looped recycled animation I marvel at the panel lines.

I got mad looking for Bionic Commando: Rearmed on XBLA. All I can find are 2 trailers for the new one coming out. I'm Decalitre on XBL btw. All my usual handles were taken, so I figured nobody would use that.

I'm sorry, they just look ridiculous. I'm not that hot for ST outside of TNG, but damn... it looks like an SNL skit. None of them look like they even belong on the bridge of a ship.

They haven't done anything that great in several years. I'm glad I checked out Death Magnetic before purchasing it, no song really grabbed me.

Macross 7 is ridiculous, but it fits. Of all the crazy theories that have cropped up, the sound energy/fold wave connection is interesting (albeit non canon atm).

Seriously, with all the mixing they were doing at the end, I was surprised they didn't throw in a Macross 7 song or have Basara referenced a bit. I see... rocking the galaxy is only cool when you call it something else like ... "fold waves." Good ending, hope they explain a bit more over time.
