Well I heard through the grapevine that a member here may be selling a 1/48 Max 1S, assuming he hasn't already posted it.

Well, slowly but surely I'm getting the new stuff. I still need a Major Bludd and Tiger Force Flint for single carded figs and the Duke and Red Star pack. I caved and bought a Scarlett/Hawk two pack so that I could try to customize a Cover Girl later but I should have bought it from my local target to try to clear the shelves for more product.

You forgot the Shipwreck variant of Shark vs Anchor tattoo. I never heard of the Gung-Ho variant. Too bad I didn't really get any of the single card figures from the 5 pack.

Let's not forget Basara vs Komilia. Hikaru in the GBP vs the Cyclops recon during the Miss Macross contest.

Hasbro announced that the SDCC exclusive will be hooded Cobra Commander in a suit. And like last year there will be two versions but both will be produced in higher numbers than last year's Destro.

Well I'm glad it does have the squat head from the last time they did 1/60s, but it doesn't look quite right to me for some reason.

I think there are decals included for the TH already.

I think the best thing that Bandai could do IF they are going to reissue the Elint and Super O would be to release the Focker 1S with the Elint and the Hikaru 1J with the Super O. Rather than doing the two non-super valks together. Casual fans get to buy the nice familiar valk while us hard core fans that already have the regular valk gets a super rare valk to buy. It'll even out the their revenues while pleasing fans and collectors.

Looks a lot more like Jetfire than a lot of 1/48 customs that get made. Nice work.

What will the next release be? A non-canon scheme. What do we want? The VF-0D

It's so freaking gorgeous it's sick. The TH looks great, but I think the custom valk really adds to the whole display too. Like everyone else, I want one, but I can't imagine that it'd be easy to recast....or cheap. Aw screw it, make it happen! I'll buy it.

Well I won't buy this but it gives me hope that they'll eventually scale it down and incorporate that endoskeleton into smaller scale more reasonably priced dolls similar to what they've done with the 1/48 and 1/60 valks.

Well if Toynami did the same thing they did with the VF-1 series then chances are they didn't make all 15K of the Scott Alpha and may be able to re-release them. 15K was just the top number that they would make it didn't mean they made them all at once. I'm betting Toynami has cash flow problems so they probably don't want to tie up all their resources in 15K Alphas. IIRC, Toynami didn't make all 15k of the Roy VF-1S at once either. When they re-issued the Roy MPC, they didn't make more than the 15K limit....they just finished out the 15k run.

Not bad but what happens to the "backpack" in gerwalk for the valk? I'm actually going to be making some small scale valkyries myself and there are some nice ideas in your buildings that I may borrow.

Well at $560ish I've made my decision.

Last year I think they were pretty easy to find so someone may still have a set lying around. Before that though they were tough...and kind of expensive for what they were.
