  1. I hear they've got all kinds of issues but it's been that way for almost a month now.
  2. Good ol' days of Titaniums. I use to like those things when there was a decent figure in the group like WWI Optimus.
  3. http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=TNT10000&mode=retail this should up today. Looks like another third party group is trying to make a trailer armor upgrade for FOC Ultra Magnus. Right now, it's a pass for the 170 dollar price tags.
  4. I've got at least 2 sets on order, I was intending for my girlfriend to have one for herself since she's a collector. But she knows nothing of model building or the patients. I may just end up using the 2 sets I have with the packs to build an A and S variant for myself. While I think the mechanical side of this is brilliant, the overall appearance is mediocre at best.
  5. I can understand the chunkiness, it rather is. But it's a statue. I dunno I think it'd be nice of his hand was open and rested so ppl could stand under that hand like he's giving ya a pat on the head for not being trouble. Same time, I see this sucker being spray painted graffiti daily!
  6. Doesn't matter if it's a reboot, it just makes me feel like Roddenberry pretty much worked his ass off for nothing and that's something I feel leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. As far as the movies concern they're good, but I'm not big on the number of toes it tries to step on to claim "REBOOT!" I don't think the lawn is dead either. I just think it needs something or someone to continue it, and try to improve it, not rip it out by the roots and put something else over it. We're talking about some fine kentucky grass that's been left unwatered or cared for and you're gonna patch it up with astro turf and forget anything is wrong by saying it's fixed.
  7. Just came out of the theater from it. It wasn't bad but I did think it took a big crap on 40 years of history. I was NOT expecting Peter Weller in this film at all or Noel Clarke to that matter.
  8. Ya know, just got my springer in, miles differences between him and blitzwing. He does have a bit of a torso problem on mine they pop out a lot when moving the arms. Also, his side panels in vehicle mode wont stay snapped together with the rest ofh is vehicle frame. That's a pretty big bummer since I really was hoping it'd all lock together nice and tight. But still better than Blitzwing.
  9. K, well, MAYBE I'll buy it just so I finally got light up Gundam eyes. That's about the only reason.
  10. Kinda does. Like it's to cleanly cut or something, real sharp angled. Doesn't really change my mind though I wanna give this kit a chance. There are some REALLY neat gimmicks I like that makes it looks very mechanical.
  11. Maybe his insides are gonna spill? I DUNNO!
  12. I'm considering doing one of the easy mods for my Blitzwing. Gotta say that figure is all over the place in design and it's not all fit and snap together. It's kind of just rest that part there, and that there and pull here then twist there WALAH! You got a mess! I did buy Springer online though. I dunno why, I mean I got Defender and I do like that toy, buuuuuuut IDWverse I guess!
  13. At first I was like now I'm like . I'm conflicted if I should enjoy this or not cause it's a TV series so it'll be fairly low budget and wont have any of Thor, Tony, Banner, and the Cap. And I seriously doubt it'll have much of anything with good ol' Jackson in it. It's just, people have a soft spot for Coleson....and that's where I'm conflicted.
  14. Where'd you hear christmas? Takara's release is in september and I remember hearing that the sale of Metroplex for US will start as early as SDCC then August.
  15. already knew allllllllllllllllllllll about it for few months now.
  16. Well the best place so far to get 3D printed objects is shapeways, they kind of cornered that market. However as 3D printers become cheaper in price I'm sure that company will see a shrinking demand. With the right material you can creates just about anything, from a simple toy or piece of jewelry, to a gun. I'm sure we're gonna see some issues with it because of the government, and the joke will go on, "You wouldn't print a car would you?"
  17. sadly, the project is going no where. Seems no one understands how the auditions work or even want to try.
  18. Am I? I mean when you get down to it, we're flashing back to the 90's
  19. wow, after watching it, I so have to agree this is a glorified 2012 update of Flashback. Even fits, FB 7? k'mon.
  20. For right now I'm on the fence for the Not Opti. Parts aren't flush in vehicle mode and I hope that's corrected. But I do agree that the layered look from the IDWverse is lost in this. Would I buy it though? Mmmm, if they don't fix the vehicle mode I'll say no. Unlike anime52k8, I DO like the classics 06 Prime. But if this doesn't have the flush parts fix, or some kind of a really cool gimmick (like a matrix opening chest) I'll pass. Their megatron, despite some issues, is the best Megatron around in a long ass time. Now as for their Brainstorm, I think it's horrible. His vehicle mode is a big rip off to the X-Wing, and the robot mode is ghastly looking compared to Smart Robin. Since I didn't get Hardbone, chances are I wont get this Not brainstorm either. As for the Throttlebots, haven't gotten the other 2, still not sure I will....I think I'm just waiting to see Goldbug before I go off on a shopping spree. Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm waiting for is that.
  21. Just saw it. It was pretty good until the last 10 minutes or so and went "Ah.....meh...oh well that figures".
