To make the first one work I would need to do elevindy billion hours of CAD work then get a 1/35 CNC'd out of a aluminum. Bandai would release their 1/35 the next day! I may be working on the SDF-1 thing along with @DYRL VF-1S right now!. We're both having big time customs made from 1/3000 Matchbox toys. As soon as we get them, Arcadia or Bandai will release the most epic TV SDF-1 ever!

Agreed. If I hadn't got back in the "sport" during the DX era I would have been fine with Yamato stuff. I actually have some Yamato stuff. I love it. The biggest thing I like about the DX's the way they feel. Very solid. The aesthetics are a toss up. I've got DX Hikaru's and DX Roy's (custom DYRL's and PO's for the TV version). The only other DX I see getting is a VF-1J Hikaru GBP Grey Goggle if they release one. As much as I would like to have some DX TV M&M's I'm good with my Yamato's.. That said, I would be into DX 21's and 11's. And lordy lordy please don't let them release Zero stuff!

Jenius has 16 in that pic. I currently have 21 on display. 5 still in boxes. 3 inbound and 3 more I'm searching for but can't find yet. My army is DOUBLE!! You're the one who got me on the UV kick (thank you!). I'm super UV paranoid. I even went as far as to buy a good UV light meter. Maybe the Hi Metal I got was a bad example. It was MISB but pretty darn floppy out of the box.

Was it in a box? A room with the windows blacked out and any window facing the door either blacked out of UV protected? If not, it was.

Gotta keep them out of the UV rays. Speaking about the High Metal. I bought one for my Focker Army (got the idea from @jenius pic below). I took it out of the box last night. The difference in quality between the Hi Metal and HMR is MASSIVE!

I wasn't going to get one. Then three dropped in my lap. I didn't hesitate. I have a problem. But now my Roy display will have real TV Valks (no supers) with the right pilot opposed to the Yamato's I have as stand ins which have DYRL pilots. And they will be DX's, so there is that. Annnnd, then I'll be selling Yamato's! I really have a problem.

I've got one. It's awesome. You really want two though. One with clothes on, and one nekkid. The Ultimetal does the naked thing too. The figure is more metal though. A LOT more. I was looking for the battle damaged OP forever and couldn't find one. So I went with the standard one. And this has been my "luck" multiple times now. I found the battle damaged one about a week later. And because I'm an addict, I got the battle damaged one too. The pretty one has all the armor on. The battle damaged one is half naked. I love them both. I'd like to be able to do the same thing with the DX Mazinger. I'd be all in one a VF-1 with the same sort of presentation.

Check the Flightpose stands too. I'd guess I have 66% YetiStands and 33% Flightpose. The Flightpose stands are very versatile and suited for a few things better than the YetiStands. I want that thing so bad because of the engineering. But I'm just not a fan of the Bayformer look. If it was your classic toon style I would have PO'd that. Good thing it isn't toon style! Saved me a pile of $$$ and where am I going to put a 24" tall OP at?!?!
