  1. I only buy what I like, put select stickers on, display 'em, & play with them on an occasional basis. I love this hobby and will never sell 'em, they are part of my childhood; toys I could never get when I was younger.
  2. D_Unit - Wow, what an amazing collection!!! Thanks for posting the pics, very cool! kensei - Looking forward to the day you post pics of your collection .....
  3. Ditto that statement.
  4. Me too! This Revoltech line looks pretty sweet ... how many releases have there been? Anyone know where I can view a complete list? Thx in advance.
  5. I humbly bow down to both you & Chris, in honour of both your amazing toy collections!!! **bows**
  6. Thanks for the post Godzilla ... maybe there still is hope for a MPC BETA.
  7. Thanks for the post mate - I am pumped!! Can't wait for this DVD!!!
  8. All these so-called postings of pictures of TF characters from the film are pretty lame. Thanks for your efforts fellow members, but when are we gonna get some REAL news?? Where's the friggin Hollywood PR/hype machine??
  9. Thanks for the review Mr March. Despite the average rating, I'm planning on seeing this sucka!!
  10. Thanks for the comments on Alternators Hound folks - appreciate it. Been looking around, man it is one pricey figure!!!
  11. Me too!
  12. Congrats on your first valk ... now you "gotta catch 'em all" mate!!
  13. This is slightly off-topic, but has anyone gotten a set of the other 1/100 Toynami valks yet? I've seen some for sale on eBay. Any pics?
  14. While I am really excited about this valk, I hope Yamato doesn't release it until late spring of 2007. My wallet can't take it ....
  15. Do you own the VF-0S? If so, get the stealth - it is badass sweeeeeettttt!!! But if not, then get the VF-0A, simply because it's a different type of fighter (not that I own one VF-0#... yet), but it intrigues me.
  16. Arthurius - nice collection mate! Love the VF2-SS!!! And Spawn toys .... cool! Thanks for sharing.
  17. DatterBoy - Sorry to hear about your frustrations mate. I agree that the prices of 1/48 Yamatos are expensive, but like many others' advice, the solution is simple: only buy what you want and can afford. Actually, I'm impressed you have the will power to give up this crack, er, valkyrie addiction!!
  18. Cool thanks for the summary kanedaestes - appreciate it mate! Man, I gotta see Clerks 2 - but with the prices of movie theaters these days, C2 could be a DVD rent instead.
  19. Lucky!! I only woke up a few months ago ....
  20. I completely agree mate!!
  21. Holy crap, I never even thought of that!! I remember seeing the actual BETA prototype toy in Toynami's display case at last year's animeExpo convention and getting all excited about the prospect of finally ... finally owning a BETA that would link up to my MPC ALPHA. What a crock!! HG/Toynami .. you bastards!!!
  22. Cool pics Hikuro - thanks for sharing. Anyone have Alternators Hound? I've been eyeing him recently as well. I do have the original G1 version of Hound from my childhood. For those of you that own him, is it worth upgrading? I should note that I have a very, very tight budget for this fall, with all those Macross valkyries coming out soon.
  23. I wish ......
  24. Interesting... that's exactly why movies are good (in general,) and especially recently, why I want to see movies. Also, isn't that the formulae that the ST series are based off of? After all, action (aka special effects) costs money. Actors standing in front of a camera doing their thing costs much, much less (most of the time.) 419723[/snapback] If I wanted to see characterization in a movie, then I would pick an appropriate move, like Forrest Gump. BUT, I paid to see MI:3 which implies action.
  25. Wow, this is news to me. Like many others, I hope the movie doesn't suck.
