That was a great movie. I love how complex all of the characters are. You definately empathize more with Cain and Co. after seeing more of what they went through. There still was no justification of what her officers did with the civilians though. I can't believe that we have to wait till march for the new season. Scifi should start reairing the series starting with the miniseries.

Does the Nora and will the CF come with some sort of shield decal? The shield looks awefully bare with no skull and crossswords.

In the 1/72 version they're outside the plane, Are they removable or do they fit inside the body? Yamato is making it very difficult for me to continue supporting my other toy and model lines.

1) I'd also like to see a singing statue of Minmay. They could have Mari Ijima sing Ai oboete Imasuka and my boyfriend is a pilot. Sharon Apple would be another choice. Evangelion had some, and I think they sold well. 2) We need a definitve Mecha artbook with sketches, screen captures, color photos, Tenjin paintings etc. It should cover every series and include the enemy mecha as well. 3) macross mp3 players styled as various fighters-- vf-1, yf-19 etc. 4) 1/60 glaug

1) 1/6 to 1/8 scale model's of various characters in their flight uniforms with their helmets. Similar to Megahouse, Griffon or Yamato's figure models. I'd like to see the DYRL pilots, Shin, Nora, Isamu, Milia from Mac 7. 2) SOC style Zentran battleships(similar to the Battleship Yamato, and Harlocks battleship) -- Bretai's flagship from DYRL 3) Joke Machines from M +, Mac zero, DYRL etc.

Damn I wish there was a toy of the 5000. It seems to contain alot of design elements from earlier planes in the macross continuity.

Damn I love the design. One of my biggest worries was if Yamato could manage to keep 21 sleek in fighter mode. Concern dismissed. My next concern is how well will the 21 be able to stand on its feet? The design make it top heavy by nature and I wonder how much range of motion the feet will have. Yesterday was like V-Day in the Macross community with all of the good news. Macross Frontier trailer, Yf-21 ad, and vf-25 pics, Not mention news about upcoming toys.

So what are the larger etailers like HLJ doing with their stock? Are they continually selling these toys, or are they holding onto their stock?

Macross--- Mac 2 Mecha the designs are atrocious. They look nothing like any of the other series mecha. The other series look real world, and they seem to show a natural progression of complexity as the series advance over time. VF-4 I like the fighter mode, but the battroid mode leaves alot to be desired. Outside of Macross-- Gundam--I've never seen the attraction to the designs.

Liv Tyler and Megan Fox can act??? News to me. The transformers(cost, big name stars require big paychecks, and lots of screen time) are always gonna take a back seat to the human characters. How many comic book, and video game movies need to be made and suck for the fans to finally realize Hollywood is never gonna make the film that the fans truely crave.

All three (00 Movie, 01, and 01 Movie Version) Spec Eva's stand roughly 7 1/2 inches in height. I'm not sure on the scale of these figs.

Post pics of your custom. I'd love to see them. I still need to pickup Barricade. I also want a G1 colored Jazz. I think that the 08 BB is my favorite of design of the movie toys.

Yeah I noticed a few of those problems as well. Megatrons dialogue in a few scenes was inaudible. When Megatron first awoke I swore that it sounded like Peter Cullen voicing the dialogue. When I saw the film in the theathre I thought Hugo Weavings voice was more noticable. In the dvd release, It seems I had a more difficult time picking his voice out.

I was able to score another 08 Concept BB at target yesterday. They also had about four of the 2 pack battle damaged bb's.

Yeah I bought the Best buy set. The figurine set was $29.99 so I bought the 2 disk version instead.

I've been watching Blood + and enjoy it imensely. I'll have to go back and watch the film version. Wasn't it released by Mangle? The actress is cute, but she doesn't fit my impression of what Saya would look like.

My local Wallyworld had a restock on all of their transformers. I was able to score a 08 BB. The also had Barricade, repaint Barricade, Ratchet, Jazz, Final battle Jazz, Starscream, Prime etc. I left a 08 BB. I should go back and buy it. For you Joe fans they had the 25th anniversary set with Duke, snake Eyes Scarlet, Etc.
