Yet they articulated the thruster on a ball joint. So there were some kind of initial intentions. The omitted different modes parts is a massive missed opportunity to release the ghost on it's own as a 2 pack. So far had no issues on this.

@MKT Review much later. Love it. But there a few fails and advice I'll share. Definitely epico overall. Here's some pics for now. The underneath of the Ghost... massive fail for the obvious reason... Got him to stand on fluffy blanket with no issues while holding the ghost with no other support!!! Just Epic!!!

Oh. Ok. Yeah, got a similar experience with a back ordered decal sheet. It's like some years now. Almost forgotten. And it's annoying cause I have shop credit, but there isn't anything else I want there as they just do pre-orders that once gone, it just goes to backorder limbo or out of production. Keep in mind, that HLJ's is also a major supplier to retailers, and I believe those bulk orders might take preference.

@M'Kyuun I think it's just that every collector has high expectations to eventually hold in their hands that elusive utterly perfect holy grail. But regarding only Macross collectors, some fall into the trap believing that present technology can replicate whatever anime magic into a toy, and easily forget that pre Zero, the valks were penned straight to paper and went to the screen from there. I well recall the cries in early 2000s of how Toynami, Yamato (VF-11B and the VF-1 v1) and etc were failing as it's impossible as we then had this mighty thing called... AutoCAD. 🤣 But yes, it is a human instinct that does keep us on top of the food chain.

Well, technically mine is 47 hours 😅 but I went accordingly to the days. Shipped Monday arrived today. Now, what is sad, is Amazon Germany, 6 hours drive from me... can take 4-5 days. Go figure. lol While Amazon US, 5-6 days across the ocean. 😅

Why surprised? Adding a couple of new pieces like the face, pilot and canopy, then removing the one gun, and adding those amazing absolutely gorgeous green florescent flames 🤦♂️= $6.00 increase. Jokes aside, and being diplomatic, the YF-21 was listed on the previous fiscal year, while as we're now past February, this one is listed in the new fiscal year which likely has inflation hikes and etc.

Has nothing to do with that. Original Star Wars featured the Empire as human male dominated for one reason. Cheaper production costs by mimicking N@zis in space with minimal costume sizes and cuts. And was kept like that right into Jedi for continuity sakes as it worked well to represent 'bad guys'. By the time TPM was scripted, George finally had endless money and new wonderful technology to shove all kinds of colourful aliens in every corner of the screen. -
Far from it. Actually shows belief in their product for a long term line. It's a very good sign. Also, 3zero have proven themselves over the years. Their integrality doesn't need to be questioned. Delays with any high end toys are normal. Usually could be one of these reasons: - Last moment tweaks to improve the toy before production, or picked up it's need during first batch and halted production to ensure all items have the adjustment. - Pre-orders exceeded initial production forecast to what the factory can produce in a certain timeframe. (This is likely here, and they'll want those pre-orders fulfilled at same time to to keep all customers happy.)

1A is a given. Armour builders fix. Easy money for Bandai. @Big s - How's the weight so far? My Hasegawa one still remains the lightest mech I've built in around this scale.

Now with my luck, I'll pull the trigger on the Focker homage, and Bandai will announce the next day Max and Millia's... Which for me, is a bit of double dipping regret as it's the same mold, and only plan to sink in multiplies with the Zero line, especially with a fodder 0A and fodder SV-51...

I read on Anymoon's VF-4 review that at one point Bandai teased the Max and Millia versions. Can't find the tease. Anyone still have the image?

I understand them. It's likely due to the amount of false claims. Even some of us private sellers have experienced such incidents. Good advice. But it's probably specified in their T&Cs for them to do it.
