    Was Brasso one of the solutions? I know that works on buffing out scratches on some types of surfaces. Not saying it'll work here though.

    For some reason, I had thought they folded. Good to see I was wrong. The shipping costs rival KitzConcept's though. Like almost 70% of the cost of one kit.

    If you like both molds, then I get it. I like Laser Prime, and enough to have grabbed the Target Prime (and would Toxitron, but missed the boat), but this has no appeal for me. Grimlock, though...I did get the first, and then the G2 because I loved the mold, and if I saw this "Megatron" one dirt cheap, I guess I'd grab it as a variant for that sake. Nothing else. Honestly, from a Godzilla-fan perspective, these are so laughable they are worse than not having produced them in the first place. They do neither IP any favors.

    I'm still looking at those 1/48 Hasegawa missile sets sitting in a corner. I swear I'll get around to modding those.

    Again, if this were die-cast, it would be fun. I still think it may be depending on the build quality.

    The fact there's no paint loss, especially on the red areas, undermines the weathering for me. Applying a wash as dirt is fine, but seeing everything is an additional layer on top of the original paint application makes it boring to me.

    Yeah, I have the one V1 just to have an example. Occasionally, I look at another, but unless it was a dirt cheap bargain, I always pass.

    Can't disagree with that. Although it's BANDAI-NAMCO now. They ate Bluefin. Now, I have to say, I haven't had an issue until now with something at this scale since a SHMA Heisei King Ghidorah that had a neck that wouldn't stay on. At the time, Bluefin sent me a WHOLE NEW FIGURE for that issue alone (Go check the MSRP if you wanna see how much that cost; forget the aftermarket). I was stunned, and couldn't imagine a more generous resolution. It made me feel so safe in buying Bandai stuff there on out. Now, maybe when Bandai took over they scaled things back on how far they'd go to resolve things, I don't know. Maybe had the VT-1 been available domestically they would have done the same, but maybe not. I just know I don't feel the same faith in my Bandai purchases now.

    I'm sad to say that Bandai Spirits told me, in Japanese, that if you bought it from ANYONE but them directly, you're out of luck. The store is responsible. End of story. I'll have an update in time, but I still remain in the midst of dealing with my retailer over the same issue.
