1. hey, are these also going to be produced in Japan by tomy/takara as well? if so maybe we'll get a decently colored megs.
2. Okay I'm in theh club with you on this Alex. I was trying to transform it back into Bike mode and the peg that connects the joint to the swing bar snapped off like it was soft butter. I think a theory behind this is that if your using a Shogo figure to transform it, it wont fit too well into the cockpit....so it's probably best to NOT use the shogo figure at all....it's sort of a waste. But I'm gonna talk to tam to see if there's anything he can do since this is gonna be a MAJOR issue with collectors....but it sucks, 2 hours and it's already broken and I hardly even touched it. 409280 WTF? The Diecast bar snapped? That is wrong...
3. actually you could argue with the headmasters it helped the transformation as the removal of the head meant you no longer had to factor it into the transformation.
4. true... and prime's trailer is easy to engineer, it's just a box on wheels... Magnus's trailer would be a engineering marvel riveling the MP-01 base unit itself.
5. hey all, I was thinking, with optimus being released with a real trailer, what do you guys think the chances are of a Ultra Magnus getting a real trailer that changes into armor?
6. My zero came today, broken tail fin, and loose eye visor... Hopefully BigBadToy Store will let me exchange it.
7. that's been around for a while, I thought it was a confirmed hoax.
8. 1/48 V-F0? that would of nice. Big. and EXPENSIVE. Just imagine how big the box would've been. I laughed when mine came in. I thought it was a computer!! I had to to justify to the wife why we're spending $200 for a toy for me. She said that I had no x-mas gift this year, that mine already came 396907 despite how huge a 1/48 zero would be, I was just thinking of all the extra little details they could cram into it, such as actual working landing lights... or even inner detail like they did with the scopdog.. like fully removable engines.
9. hey, for people with the bent tail fins, are you able to just press them back into place, or did you heat the plastic up with warm water or a blow dryer first?
10. Just curious, which one's has he designed?
11. this movie is one that requires you to turn your brain off while watching, still, it had it's moments, like all MI movies it over uses wire stunts and the whole fake mask gimmick, but hey, would it be a MI movie without those.
12. Mine's knees are loose too (the swivel joint) I dont know if you guys want to try this, but all I did was wrap a thin rubberband into the joint itself (its hidden) So that part was fixed. Anyone have loose upper arm swivels? 396912 my solution to loose joints is adding a lil nail polish to the joint, this gives a nice ammount of extra friction that should tight up most loose joints. I did it to my monster and it was an effective, invisable fix.
13. without toy fans, sure, yamato wouldn't exist. Without macrossworld? nah...
14. all this vs's crap seemed very cool when I was 14-16 years old. Now all grown up, I have to say, making movies based on what stupid, ignorant 14 to 16 year kids think is cool is a really bad idea.
15. http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/search....ch=chogokin+eva Hell yeah! and not for 100+ I'm so glad I didn't pay through the rear and get these guys off ebay.
16. show us all the features and I will worship you like a god.
17. didn't some one actually make a comic for that? I seem to remember a superman vs aliens as well
18. Yes yes, lets have a teen predator angst movie.
19. I'm just gonna say it so I can see this amazing martial art of yours 1st hand. "hey it might have some good action in it, I'll see it" *ducks* Seriously though, why? Why a 2nd one? Did the 1st one even pay for itself? I saw the AvP seriously thinking it could not be as bad as everyone said it was, I didn't rent it or buy it myself, a bunch of my buddies decided to watch it one afternoon and I unfortunantly tagged along. I suppose what bothers me most, is obviously alien's vs predator did well enough with the young dumb 14 to 18 crowd to warrent a sequel. It's sad that such a pathetic movie is probably going to define alien and predator in the minds of that generation the same way the SW prequels are going to define SW for this latest batch of youth.
20. Damn! that is seriouslly impressive work, I only hope the MP starscream works out as well.
21. damn man... that blows...
22. It utilizes over-technology to automatically lower the landing gears when the toy is within a couple inches of any surface. The gun has also been improved to actually fire like the ol' Takatoku guns. I was pretty surprised that they actually decided to include depleted uranium rounds... I think that's just taking detail a little too far. Hey, Yamato wasn't f**kin' around this time! 389693 Gasp! This is gonna be the greatest toy ever! Does it also fly around via remote control? Really though, how has the landing gear been improved on this toy?
23. 160 on a 160.. hehe. But this toy in some ways is better than a 1/48 vf1. Did you hear about how the improved the landing gear, gave us a rotable seat, and other things? It's roughly the same size as a 1/48 AND has about 1/48 quality. 389537 what's this about improved landing gear?
24. maybe sideshow's will import these guys
