1. anyone know the exact release date for this badboy?
2. I disagree only b/c i cant agree with you 384516 That all depends really, I won't disagree that say, MP transformer line > Macross. BT I'm ambigious on. They are cheaper, and all look great in car mode, but many have very spotty bot modes. I'd say that maybe, 10% of transformers MP+BT > macross Macross > the other 90% of transformer including cybertron, armada and all that other crap.
3. while not my 1st transformer ever, thundercraker was my 1st seeker, so he also holds a special place in my heart.
4. same here, who offers it, is it new? Is it like a more military focused history channel?
5. I figure the nose cone transformation will be kinda close to the robot master one.
6. I just got to add, for all the people who complained about the well endowed nature of the 1/48 in batroid mode, all you have to do is look at the HCM and see that it's nose cone hangs down almost as much.
7. Or because he knows something we don't. 382451 That would be so nice. 1/60 M+ valks please!
8. Only the skulls on the tailfins and heat shield are printed on.
9. So what do people think the features will be on this guy? The crown is already shown in the pics. I'm hoping for a fully detailed cockpit, nice landing gear and maybe special crumbling action :-p
10. Why's that Graham? 382207 Because it's ugly and liquidstone did it so much better.
11. I noticed that too, but I rarely pose my toys with feet touching, A stances just look more dramatic to me, so if that is the only major limitation to their articulation, I and definitly nabbing the Dougram, and Getter, I already have most of the SOC eva's, so while they look nice, these eva's don't do it for me.
12. c... could this be first proof of neo-G1? Kick ass! bullet train eh? well it still looks pretty good, though I would have prefered him to be a classic steam engine, can't have it all though.
13. I figure that Macross toys will probably be desired as long as there are hardcore japanese robot toy collectors around to love and apreciate them. That said, I think people should collect toys because they like them, not for how much they think they will be worth, as in the end, a toys only worth as much as you and the world's willing to pay for it.
14. It means you have no soul if you didn't find it funny. J/K While I adore the commercial I too find clowns a tad creepy, but, at least for me, such feelings make this add even funnier. I think to find the commercial funny, it requires a healthy loathing of clowns and their antics, as well a love for cheesy kung fu movies.
15. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VxjiCyE2gd0...&page=1&t=t&f=b this was just to funny and this thread deserved a lil resusitation anyway.
16. I know hasbro/takara is supposedly making a Neo-G1 but I still have to voice, I'd want series 1-3 of G1 to be compleatly remade on a BT/alt masterpiece level. Particular wants on this list would be (We already have MP prime which really is fine with me) -Prowl/bluestreak/Smokescreen -Bumblebee -Ironhide/Ratchet -DINOBOTS!!!!!!! -Seekers -Megs -Shockewave -Devestator.
17. I'd like that and the same treatment for the Bubblegum crisis figures. If they can just do it for the existing atelier toys that would be cool. I'd want a 1:12 scale AT mech from Gasaraki. 1:12 scale Deunan Knute with Landmate. Both fully articulated. 1:12 scale Briarieos with Landmate Armor. Both fully articulated. 1/32 scale Legioss/Alpha. That's a lot better engineered than that MPC POS. 1/48 scale Vanships from Last exile, diecast metal and rubber wheels on the retractable landing gears. With pilots of course. 2 seater 1/48 valks. yeah that's it... the 2 seaters! 374303 The vanships were pretty small craft, you could probably get away with 1/18 or 1/12 maybe?
18. Mr March, for the valks don't you mean 1/60? 1/72 is the current scale of the ones that yamato already made.
19. what I would really like to see bandai to would make a very high quality line of 1/60th gundam toys, not models but toys. The internal detail doesn't have to be as insane as a PG, maybe say just MG level, but I'd love to see a Zeta, and a ZZ, as well as a shiki in this format. though that might be asking a little to much. Maybe a line just like the MMM seed gundam toys but expanding to the rest of the gundam universe.
20. The dendrobium was part of the HGUC line, because to make it part of the MG line would have meant it would have been the size of a volkeswagon.
21. It would also probably require a metal frame to keep it from sagging, but still, it would look much better than the HGUC straight from the box, sure it'll probably be double the price, but at least the effort to assemble it would be just a fraction of what it took to assemble the HGUC version
22. Imperial Shuttle Millenium Falcon Rebel Blockade Runner (never bought it because of the so screwed up scale, if you can even call it that) AT-AT walker (again...wtf) Star Destroyer ( think this wasn't official retailed though). 373749 No argument, I love action fleet, but like you said, certain ones could have been properly scaled but never were, like the falcon and imperial shuttle without to much trouble. I would have killed for a properly scaled blockade runner. I wonder how large that would have been. also I always thought that a FIX dendrobium would be really kick ass.
23. What's your dream toy? A toy (or a toy line) you'd love seen made? *keep this fantasy in line with modern manufacturing tech. In other words, no, I want a real working Valkyrie or x-wing. I'd really love to see a properly proportioned and in scale line of SW vehicles. I know the real big capitals would probably not be possible unless you made all the other ships microscopic, but I always thought a line of in scale fighters to say the smaller corvettes would be possible. I think back to action fleet and always considered it a missed opportunity, how hard would it really have been to make a properly scaled and proportioned millennium falcon?
24. Hey, is it confirmed that these are limited releases?
