Any thoughts as to why Macross Galaxy didn’t take full advantage of the YF-29 plans they had to make the Lucifer more competitive? Perhaps they couldn’t find the massive fold quartz crystals they needed. A thought: since Windermere is now pretty much the trash of the galaxy, and they have easy access to so much of that large-carat quartz, how likely do you think it will be that the NUNS can kinda mass-produce the Durandal now? A VF-29B would be scary!

I coulda sworn we had said in the Valkyrie Fun Facts thread that the 262 didn’t have as good an ISC as the 25, due to greater Windermerean resilience. I may have been off my meds though.

No, they do, I believe it’s not as effective as the VF-25’s or 31’s, but it’s there. You’re right though, the Windermereans are more naturally G-resistant than average humanoids anyway.
