  1. My take is that the exposed musculature (shock absorber) is that it seems more realistic. I’m very hopeful. Twich
  2. I have to say, I am really enjoying the look of these and the details seem to be very distinct. The lights on the hop armor of that Mospeada in armor mode is a great touch. I do hope that these are not more expensive than the $250 range. I would definitely like to see how these turn out. Didn't they also do the Legioss? Or was that someone else? Twich
  3. any more word on who Fugu Model really is? I pre-ordered this from ShowZStore and I am curious that it says it is due out in Q1 2024, but people already have samples. I admit that I don't know how this sort of thing works, but if they are sending out samples to youtube reviewers to look at, seems the retail distribution is not far behind. twich
  4. did someone get hungry and eat part of the wing of your VF-1 Double Strike? For a minute there I thought it was Xegfried posting one of the 1/60 VF-9 kits that he designed and thought maybe he went for a VF-1 and Legioss/Tread too, but then I saw the tell-tale 3D printer lines and then really looked at it. I think that those designs are cool. 3D printing is party witchcraft and part voodoo and too much of a rich man's game Twich
  5. I wonder if we will see a reduced price tag at e-tailers like BBTS. I would love to pay $4 shipping, if the base toy was less than $100, even if BBTS introduces a slight mark-up from the MSRP of $78 for the new packaging model due out in September. Twich
  6. I wonder what the new possibilities are? I know that it is the redheaded step-child of the Macross franchise, but I really love all the designs from this show and wish Bandai would upscale their Hi-Metal R VF-2SS into a DX Chogokin and sell that! Twich
  7. I just ordered a shirt, if it is of good quality, I may order more. Twich
  8. I have always wanted one, but was never able to get one! I am excited that they are offering this again!maybe they will release this, and if it sells well, the Delta Cannon Fodder one, by that time, they were all block III with the VF-19 engines and EX-Gear, right? Twich
  9. I’m right there with you! I would love to see these released! I would also like for them to release some other designs from Macross 7, like the Varuna Variable Fighters! How massive would a 1/60 FBz-99G be? Twich
  10. So, I have a bit of a problem that I am hoping someone here in the community could help me with. I have the Bandai DX Chogokin VF-1J Armored Valkyrie set that came with the GBP-1S armor and VF-1J. For only the second time since getting this, I decided to change it to Battroid and put on the GBP armor. much to my surprise, I am missing the intake cover piece for the left leg. Does anyone know of someone or somewhere that I might get a replacement? I have scoured my house looking for the missing piece, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated! here is an included picture to show what I am missing. Thanks! Twich -update! Found the piece 15 feet away and under a cabinet on the floor! The gremlins must be playing tricks on me!
  11. is this something you might do one of your Youtube Videos reviews on? Or is it considered taboo? Eagerly anticipating your next videos! Twich
  12. And their duplicate site Gundamit.com Twich
  13. So, it appears this version is $147.99 full price, which is cheaper than what we are seeing Valkyrie Factory sets for now, and no stand included! Twich
  14. I too would like to see that! Twich
  15. Really it is a KO of multiple Arcadia/Yamato products, since in the deluxe version we get a launch arm stand too. I too am curious if this is a name change for Valkyrie Factory or if someone else got a hold of the molds for a V.2 of a 1/60 VF-1. im curious how much tampo printing we will get, or if will include any stickers. Glow in the dark super parts are very cool, though. Twich
  16. Looking closer, it says Fugu Model, but it might be Valkyrie Factory using a different tag…..it sure looks like a 1/60 KO. Twich
  17. Does anyone know about the company that is making this? I think it is absolutely awesome that they are offering super parts plus the launch arm thingie in the deluxe offering! I have paid my $1 to ShowZstore, but a google search turned up nothing. Thanks, Twich
  18. Just amazing how tiny the VF-1 is compared to every Variable Fighter that followed it, save the VF-5000 and VF-9 Twich
  19. You are lucky sir! That is about my only problem with the reissue VF-31AX Hayate use. That and the folding knives won’t stay attached behind the arm shields! Twich
  20. I hope that this will be available post launch, as I didn’t get in on the pre-order. Might be nice to see at e-trailers like BBTS, .etc Twich
  21. Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn’t the SV-262 have an ISC that stores 30.8G? So, isn’t it a little better by 0.8G. I thought someone said that it was developed from the YF-29 ISC, but I maybe mistaken. Twich
  22. Looks like it might also have diecast feet….might be wrong though. Twich
  23. Anyone else notice the misprint and coverup? Could it be they printed a card for another Macross Zero VF-0 variant and were not prepared to announce it yet? A Shin use VF-0A perhaps? Inquiring/hopeful minds can hope/dream…. Twich
  24. This is just a general ask, and frankly, I’m kicking myself for not asking this before. Is there any publications or statistic listings for the variable fighters from Macross II? More specifically, how much better is the Metal Siren than the VF-2SS? What is the engine output and thrust? Also, why do we not have the same info about the VF-2JA? I know that MMM and Macross Compendium List the thrust output for the main engines of the VF-2SS, but nothing else…. Just wishing on a prayer, I guess….. Twich
  25. Yes, Reissue version. Sorry that I did not clarify that before. Twich
