  1. A few folks have been having broken display arms, and Sentinel has been helpful in sending replacement ones:
  2. The Cyclone is the prototype Moshow has been displaying for some time now. It looks like there's been no updates to the design since the last significant progress iteration shown in Oct last year, except for the odd choice of covering it in silver paint.
  3. Can’t find any landing gear illustrations either, but we can assume it has them since it’s supposed to be primarily an atmospheric VF, as opposed to the VF-2SS that is mainly a space fighter. Stabilizers do swivel away hidden into the shins.
  4. Nice find. I’m still deciding if I want a Scopedog, & it will only be just one piece. Both HMR and Threezero are similarly sized, with same price point, and can’t decide which…
  5. Agree on this. Some commented Andor meanders a bit, but I thought slow burn type shows matches the streaming format well.. Can’t disagree with this. Nice to see old familiar faces in SW again, but otherwise Obi-Wan is a classic example of be careful what you wish for of wanting more stories of classic characters.
  6. The only 171 that I’ve transformed to Battroid is the RVF-171. I recall the hip swing bars were crazy stiff & I took almost as much time to wrangle it to its final proper position as getting up to that point from Fighter. It was early days of collecting then & I wasn’t that aware how fragile the mold is. Luckily nothing broke, but I don’t think I would have attempted it today, just as much as I won’t bring it out of Battroid.
  7. Armored Trooper VOTOMSROBO-DOU Scopedog – threezero store (threezerohk.com) Price: USD149.99 Release: Q3 2024 Seems to be about the same size as the HMR, perhaps a bit smaller, but I'm liking the paint application much more.. Unfortunately, pilot is fixed pose seated. Pics:
  8. If not mistaken, the HM soundbooster does need an additional connecting clip at the back for Battroid, whilst the Yamcadia ones do not.
  9. The parts list includes 'Joint parts for soundbooster'. I kept thinking they have never shown it with the soundbooster yet, but looks like I remembered wrongly. They did show it at last year's TN event: The thing is, the soundbooster looks like the old HM one that Bandai re-purposed for this display. I sincerely hope the new 'joint parts for soundbooster' means Bandai will make a new soundbooster later on and not have those parts meant for plugging in just the old HM soundbooster and leave it at that. Edit: I checked Mandarake for the old HM soundbooster price, and it appears the price have jumped quite a bit from what I remembered not too long ago. Perhaps others already have had ideas to get this since Bandai showed it with the HMR at the last TN event. https://order.mandarake.co.jp/order/detailPage/item?itemCode=1252463731&lang=en
  10. https://tamashiiweb.com/item/14853 Pics:
  11. Pics: WHITE landing gears! Shoulders will be partsforming items to swap between open & closed position. Faceplate will also be partsforming items. Leg missile hatch will be integrated opening / closing doors.
  12. https://tamashiiweb.com/item/14852 HMR VF-19 Kai Fire Valkyrie PO Date: 05 April 2024 Release: Aug 2024 Price: Yen 14,300, inclusive 10% domestic tax Available worldwide (WWM)
  13. Nice! A bit ambivalent about this line as a whole, but I'll likely get it for the Myung figure.
  14. @sc_planet Awesome! The 2JA is my next favorite VF after the 2SS, and it's great to see it in physical representation now.
  15. The thing about vintage Ogroids, is that purely by looks they aren't much outdated compared to modern versions. This is unlike the chunky VF-1 or the Gakken Legiosses...
  16. For TWE items, I always thought 2nd or subsequent batches will only happen if the current PO batch is sold out before the closing date. If the VT-1 hasn't sold out yet by now, I won't expect they will by next week's closing date.. so slim chance there will be another batch for this.
  17. Looking at the new pics, I kinda feel the Fighter's proportions look better than the larger Yamcadias. It could be camera illusion, but the nosecone doesn't appear to look as stubby as its larger sibling, despite the LERX terminating at about the same point below the canards.
  18. The price is Yen 14,300 which I assume is Yen 13k + 10% JP domestic tax. T-Rex is also stated as being the designer, so no wonder it looks like a mini-Yamcadia just like the HMR VF-0S are to the Arcadias. Landing gear implementation seems similar to the HMR VF-0s - integrated bay doors but partsforming plug-in gears. Not surprisingly, there’s no integrated cockpit canopy again. This plus the landing gears are probably how Bandai wants to keep these as key aspects of HMR VFs. Although there’s no rainbow tint for the canopy, thankfully there isn’t that weird yellow tint of Arcadia’s version here.
  19. It'll be really annoying if Bandai doesn't include the sound booster. Hoping that they do, but not keeping hopes there since they have only been showing only the valk itself so far.
  20. It is totally epic! All these pics & poses really captures the essence and feel of the comic book, and makes want to run out and buy a bunch of these figures too haha.
