That's been the case in the past as well. Remember the vajra, sh figuarts Sheryl, Ranka and from gundam char aznable sh figuarts. But most robot spirits have been ok especially the inclusions of some neglected Dunbine figures. I personally am not worried yet with such a new line that put out 3 of my all time favorite designs in action figure form for the first time in a few decades.

The other destroids are a bit smaller and less complicated so the cost would probably be less than the 1a, so maybe $50 or $60 range.i doubt they would be more than $75. So a four pack would probly be cheaper, but bandai would more than likely sell them seperate.

I think bandai wants to build some hype at the hobby show and we may get some news on more than just one upcoming hmr release. Hopefully some nice destroids and zentraidi mecha.
  4. I tried watching Ninja Slayer and gave up after the first episode. The opening made the show look like it would have an interesting quick crazy anime style, then the first thing in the episode is a paper cut out look kinda like inferno cop. Inferno cop was better because it's so short it doesn't have time to get annoying, but ninja slayer felt like a big tease and a let down. If I knew what I was getting into I might have liked it better. Anyway I was recently doing a trial for funimation channel and got a message that they are teaming up with crunchyroll and will reduce the cost of premium membership to $5.99. I guess the plan is to have subs on crunchyroll and dubs on funimation, but still have more newer content on both as well as exclusives for both.

Wave hasn't put out any older macross kits in a while and the vf4 is still not finalized. Also hasegawa does some nice kits, but all Valkyrie. I am glad hasegawa finally did a gerwalk, but I think the battroid may need an update.
  6. I just think that if you're going to nitpick the film you gotta bring up the fact that Captain America is to heavy to be lifted by a helicopter, but an old bug still rolls fine with him and his buddies🤔
  7. It says the substrate is acrylic and enamel. I don't know if it would be enough enamel to yellow, but hopefully not. Tamiya clear could also be used the same I would imagine.
  8. I really do like the 31a. That's probably the one I would buy enough to have all modes displayed. Hopefully we get some info soon on wether they will ever do the battroid mode kit. Did the fighter mode kit come with any of the gerwalk parts?

I've never been too big on trying to get preorders of gundam action figures due to the high amount of different options with the gundam franchise with items like candy toys, robot spirits, metal builds, model kits and so on. With a series like macross, it just seems like the options are limited for the older stuff, although delta has static kits, parts forming kits, transformable kits, toys and a bunch of other stuff. With the original Macross we got this and tomy tech and maybe once a year an offering of a re do from Arcadia of a toy that's almost a decade old.
  10. It may need to be thinned out, but I haven't used it so I can't say for sure.
  11. I'm not sure on the exact location of that wooded road, but similar roads near parks and schools do have cameras. Sometimes they are monitored and other times they are for speed traps and are triggered by motion. There are even some set up by nature lovers and conservationists with permission from the government for watching animal crossings and other odd things. Some of those cameras have been around for decades, but most have been more recent like from the 90's.
  12. Maybe he also has a mom named Martha.
  13. As far as the cameras go you would be surprised how many people don't realize that ther are cameras on streets and buildings both public and private. At the office I work at we always get some great shows of public stupidity and even the local p.d. get caught on cameras they asked to have installed. It's like they sometimes know they're there, but forget at crucial moments.

I just hope it's not delta, frontier or seven yet. Although I have a feeling delta would pop up sooner than the others since they want to capitalize on the series while it's new. I do hope that they finish off the other older mecha, but I wouldn't be mad if they were spread out a little between something like an old destroid one month then something from a different series the next as long as the wait doesn't take too long to complete the original series.

That's some serious Yoda speak. So a new work. Does that mean another Macross series or another series altogether?
  16. Or maybe if kotobukiya still has anything to do with the license maybe kits from them. They did do the resin kits.
  17. Does cbs have any other shows set for the streaming service that won't be television content?
  18. I like the idea of a transforming toy, but I've never seen one that looked very good. It may be due to a lot of anime magic in the series and film.
  19. It is still one of my favorites. I loved the show and film. I hope one day we've some more products out of this.
  20. I think it was popular in the 90's but newer viewers probably have not seen it. Most younger anime fans don't apear to be familiar with non gundam mecha anime. My daughter loves a lot of older stuff that I show her, but her friends have no clue when it comes to these shows. They mostly like high school comedies, or sports anime with a few liking things like One Punch Man or stuff like Tokyo Ghoul. Any way I hope funimation can do a decent voice over. I haven't heard them do a good dub of a serious anime in a while.
