    Episode 1 is a thousand times better than Wanda Visions first few episodes. I’m still trying to forget the pain of those first few episodes. But this show is off to a good start. The action is filmed well even if those wing suits worked like magic, but overall it’s pretty good so far.

    I’m gonna save my criticism of this till after I watch it. It’s just that I hated the original and then rewatched it recently and maybe hated it more and now I’m having a hard time convincing myself to watch a 4 hour version of a movie that sucked in the hopes that it might be good.

    On the subject of Pet Shop Boys, I really like the cover that Ghost did of It’s a Sin. The old original version that Pet Shop Boys did of that song seems to have been popping back up lately, oddly enough.

    Definitely glad to see more samurai showdown.

    Some of the details like the side of the leg and along the side of the shield as well as some on the skirts look more like a decal or sticker, but most areas appear to be separate parts

    Better than it was is kinda like saying I’d rather eat a rotten grape than a fresh turd. A lot of the better reviews say it’s too long. I’m gonna watch it at home, so I’ll probably split it up into at two or three day thing

    I’m not really that impressed about the rereshoot for this, but it’s supposed to be free so I’ll give it my final judgment later. Hope it’s worth the hype

    I feel like the Nolan Batman was more like a realistic take on a completely unreal character. It even gave the character a real ending and one that really gave hope to the people of Gotham after all the horror they had gone through. Maybe in that sense he’s the most real Batman

    The Nolan Batman movies were pretty good and I think could have been expanded even with bruce retiring. They did have a scene at the end where Robin found the Batcave. It may have been cool to just skip a potential Batman and Robin thing and just jump straight into Nightwing especially since Bruce didn’t seem up to the action required to continue as Batman and seemed happy finally moving on with his life.

    I would honestly say I enjoy Southern Cross. It’s fun and silly with a bit of fantasy and some really great if not impractical armor designs for both the humans and zor. It’s definitely more entertaining than most modern anime

    I personally think Snyder was the problem to begin with. I don’t think he was the right choice to start the franchise. I personally think he would’ve worked better for a darker character like Batman, but not Superman. The franchise overall is a huge mess at this point with one character seemingly from completely different universes as far as tone from one movie to the next. There’s also the nonsense motivations and awkward films that don’t have a connection at all. I’ve come to realizing that there is no fix for this mess, just awkward acceptance that most of the franchise isn’t even worth keeping track of. Some movies will be good others bad and none of them seem to matter much if you don’t even watch them. You could easily watch the Wonder Woman films or Shazam or Joker even the suicide squad films and it won’t matter to have skipped Man of Steel or bvs or even justice league.

    The hg sirbine is up for preorder, I ordered one. It’s odd that there’s a high detail non poseable kit that looks like it will require a bit of love to make it shine and a posable one with less detail, but good part separation coming out in the same year

    The separation of the gold from the rest of the armor is interesting.

    It ended rather predictably, but not bad. I think they could have done a better wrap up about the bystanders, Bohner and the guy that snuck in through the sewers and Darcy. Maybe they should have cut back a little on the fighting and added a bit more to the closure

    The og Bsg was pretty much a movie pilot, a season worth of episodes and an odd sequel if you count the 80’s stuff. But it really was great for what it was. Too bad bsg is more fun to talk about than bvs. Anyway it seems it won’t be much longer till this Snyder cut of justice league comes out. I probably wouldn’t care if there were real movies coming out, but since it’s free I’ll give it a shot and see if Snyder is the savior of this franchise or just a false prophet.

    Seeing an Orange speaker head is always a pretty good sign that I’ll like the song.

    I win all my fights with a pose off. I just put one hand on my hip and give a half smile and point to the ladies. That usually gives the other guy enough time to think “what the hell” and walk off in confusion.

    Just for fun I thought I would rewatch BvS and justice league and see what this Snyder cut thing is all about. BvS was three hours or so of crap and I’m not sure if a Snyder cut of justice league will really rescue this franchise. I couldn’t watch either one in a single sitting because of how bad these movies are. I still have an hour left of justice league and it’s also trash, but slightly more entertaining even though it makes no sense. I do think a Snyder cut may make sense of some of the stupidity, but I’m not convinced it will be all that much better. At least it will be free to watch and I think that will be the only thing good about it.

    The Pretty Reckless have some fun songs and I’m glad that there’s still newer songs of theirs popping up on the radio.

    The idea of having an army to keep the kids out of trouble sounds like the most likely reason. They even tempted the kids with some of the coolest looking body armor, speeder bikes and even rideable Transformers. Honestly, I can’t imagine a kid turning that down especially if they’re thinking that there’s no chance of getting into a real war. All that adds to the reason the Spartas don’t have a closed cockpit in 2 out of 3 modes. Everything was designed for children to think the military is fun and cool.

    I was just checking that out. On tag hobby it says it’s a web exclusive unfortunately, but I’m still curious about it. Hopefully they found a better way to do the joints than on the last set of dunbine kits Bandai put out years ago. And also hoping they don’t do something weird and try to reuse parts from the old one.
