It is supposed to meld the pigmentation so that it rejoins the plastic or something. Don’t know if it can actually “cure†the damage to the plastic itself. BTW, did you follow the instructions when transforming SS or did you start with the part with the air brake?

First 10 things that come to mind right now: 1. Miyazaki stuff (they deserve a list of their own): to much good to list. 2. SDF Macross and DYRL?: mmh, it purty? 3. Heidi: the story of a little girl that embodies the joy of life. Girlfriend and I will see this together again when we have kids. 4. Twelve kingdoms (or 12 Kokki): Great fantasy series full of well developed characters and political intrigue that truly takes you to another world. 5. Gundam 0083: great touching look at the horrors of war. 6. Gunbuster: showing how the relativity of time can be so evil wins this story points. 7. Turn A Gundam: another great character driven story. 8. The League of Galactic Heroes: EPIC space drama. 9. Evangelion: great action, mysteries and set up (yes, Shinji must die and they leave a whole lot of dangling plot lines by following a philosophical route in the ending, but like the whole package nonetheless). 10. Trigun: fun adventure with very likable characters in a strange yet familiar future.

Thanks for the info guys. Sounds like a good show to hunt down (really like the whole holding the big robot transformation until later on). HLJ has it in stock so I guess other places must have it by now. http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN911829 Found this review about GX-13 Dancougar so I don’t know what to think now. http://www.collectiondx.com/node/567 The toy certainly looks well engineered and cool but also a little stiff.

Anybody can tell me why the GX-13 Dancougar is so famous? I've read that it costs an arm and a leg but since it's been reissued now, it's a perfect opportunity to get it cheaper.

Maybe they are referring to shooting mode while in ship mode (like in the first episode).

They are going to release the Gunbuster in two weeks!! Now that is good news. I thought this was going to be a late November early December release.

Damn this thread, it all looks so tempting. How is the durability of the older SOC's (especially on the ones that combine)? The diecast chips fast?

Looks GREAT! But I'll wait for a second release. The chuck full of accessories SOC Gunbuster and Bandai's better QC have won my money this time. The tailfins slide up and down to let the valk stand up in battroid? Didn’t know that feature.
