Hey everyone! Trying this forum for this question. I've started trying to learn to read Japanese again (via Duolingo and JapanesePod 101) and was looking for recommendations for any Macross manga which I might have some hope of eventually reading! Obviously I have a very limited vocabulary at the moment but I've been keeping at it daily for almost 3 months now so it's building slowly. I have Macross 7 Trash and I thought I might be able to try it but I'm not sure. I also have several older books/manga around as well. Any recommendations would be appreciated! Including other manga/books if there is an easier path for me to start on! Thanks! どもありがとうございます

I need to get in the habit of visiting the forums again more often! I've been working on this VF-0B kit off and on again for years now, lol. 2020 has brought a first born child into the house so finding time to work on the kit is now even tougher but I try to work on it at least once a week now and have gotten better at working on it for short periods of time, except for airbrushing which takes forever due to the cleanup :D. This is my first kit in a while and I'm painting all the stripes rather than using the decals to get more time/experience with my airbrush. Next plan is to get the child into this hobby so he can take over my backlog!

Finally got around to watching 0.89 the other night. I selected neutral on the poll only because I wasn't super excited about it, although chances are after the story develops more, and I get something with subtitles in English, I will like it just fine. I don't know the names of the songs, but I did really like the last/second song that Walkyrie sang when the SV-262s were attacking. And for some strange reason, I expect there to be a lot more dancing Valkyries and choreographs, lol. Not sure how to feel about that....
