ah crap ... we're saving up for our wedding ... just 150 guests ... my fiance is keeping a sharp eye. i've pre-ordered two of these bad boys and a vf-1j ... and contemplating whether to get the vf-0s. how long does a product take to be released in the u.s. after released in hong kong/rest of asia?

Hi Anubis, Are you planning to add weathering details on the PG-RX-72? If so, show us some photos! I've started on my own PG-RX-72 about four years ago, but just have not had the time to finish it ... hopefully soon enough ... I'll have something to show.

i don't know about that mang ... i think Kira is the better pilot ... and yes the Freedom should have won against the Impulse. i think Kira would have easily killed Shinn with the Freedom ... it's with Kira's ultimate skill that was also his ultimate defeat. it's great that these great pilots (like Shinn) are able to take down enemies and kill them ... but you become a far more superior pilot if you can defeat an enemy and at the same time spare them their lives ... just a thought. maybe the writers have something else in mind for the 3rd series ... maybe Shinn will get his chance soon enough ... not in a gundam, but all out fist fight with Kira ... hah hah. as for me, Amaro Ray is still the greatest and best mobile suit pilot.

Macross73, Yep, I remember you outbidding me on that one VF-1A Low Viz ... I could not bid again because my boss had me running around the office. I wrote the seller and asked for more photos and also for any strained joints, especially Part BP-8. I'm now considering for a minty one if there's a $15-$30 difference. I hope the seller will not mind if I retract my bid. Ghostryder, the photo looks like it's been photo-chopped ... 1/48 Battloid with a 1/60 Box and a mislabeling with 1/55 scale. I'd say skip it.

so is the new Superman movie coming out titled, Superman Returns? and is this new movie basically compressing Superman I & II for the first 25 minutes? this is a whole new take on Superman? the title is confusing, as if Superman went somewhere and came back. if the producers/directors/writers etc. were to stick to this title ... they should just base the story from the Kingdom Come graphic novel ... now that would be a great movie.

well...i missed out on the 1/48 Low Viz launch...and just couldn't find the money...and as the months turned into a year and so on, the price for this limited print just kept going up. now each time i bid on ebay, some member with a (1) or (0) feedbacks outbids the rest of us. so now i was able to find this auction on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=6017557468 it's currently at $250 with stickers applied on it. do you guys think the product is worth the price? there are two other auctions, one from Canada at $250 with 4 days left and one from japan at $420+shipping. now i'm having second thoughts because with $270 i don't have (will be charged on credit card) ... i could use that to purchase the remaining Binaltechs i want to complete the set BT-01 through BT10. damn, if only Godzilla will sell a mint box for $200 ... and I can do a commissioned artwork for him ... heh heh.

Ver Nice Indeed. Not to knock it already, but (I think this has been mentioned before)...this armor add-on can use some bigger feet to match the fat leg armor, and elevate the valkyrie maybe 0.75" to 1" over a regular 1/48 valkyrie. The hip armor corners are too rounded and too plain...could use more panel lines and sharper edges overall. But hey...I'm sure it'll be great especially after sanding and repainting! Thanks Graham!

For me the Transformers Energon is the worst. They looked good inside the packaging, but after taking them out, I lose interest after half an hour. I've recently started to limit my purchases for Macross, Gundams and Binaltechs only. I'm planning to create a little pedestal centered in a room and that is where I'll showcase an action figure every couple of weeks. The secret of appreciating action figures is to admire them one at a time. At first my plan was to buy a couple of Ikea glass cases...but our apartment is limited in space...until we get that house...'think I'll stick to a pedestal. I bought one of the first VF-1J MPC, it really looked good too on one of the ToyFare issues. Then Yamato came out with the 1/48 VF-1A and the rest is history. I'll probably ignore the rest of the veritechs after the 1/48 GBP comes out.

When you guys say "way cooler/better than GI Joes"...I'm assuming that this figure will be articulated? For $250, will this figure sport a RAH type body? 'Cuz I have a pretty cool GI Joe, with removable armor, big gunz and kung fu grip!

Very nice indeed. Do you guys expect fast packs for the VF-0S? Or some type of "reactive armor" like in the animated series...close to like the GBP-1 armor? And do you guys anticipate a release of a 1/48 version?

The box was empty? They probably ran this through a scanner and saw the weird shapes of the clear plastic...hmm...but wait, that's no reason for customs to tear the box up... ...unless the sender made the slashes before sending the box over. Was the armor box sent out as is without packaging?

Yep, got my CF Thursday with a little surprise, a very detailed MBR-04-MkIV Tomahawk. This baby is a great color scheme reference for my 1/100 versions. Thank you valkyrie-exchange.com! Damn, now I'm on a hunt to get five more of these things!...they go well with the Gundam FIX figures too.

Nice spoiler pic...hopefully that photo will just be the last episodes, 49 and 50...just ballz-out throw-down between Shin and Kira. I'd like Kira to take the trophy cuz I think he's the better pilot. Killing your opponent in a battle to be victorious is one thing...but to win a battle by rendering your opponent useless, and not killing them is another level. And I agree with Hikuro's mention of this second installment of SEED to have aspects taken from Char's Counter Attack, and the first series tremendously riding character development/plot/story from Gundam 0079. So as usual, SEED's third installment will have some battles and leave us hanging in the end to wonder, wtf? As for a glorious battle, I do hope that the animation team come up with something good for the end of Destiny. It seems that the gundam mobile suits are getting better and better for every new show...so they better start showing-off spectacular "stuff"...to make you go "oh sh_t" during those late cold download evenings. In the end, I think Amuro is still the best pilot. What ever happened to Amuro Ray?

Yeah you gotta watch out for those peeps that raise prices on the valkyries, especially the VF-1A Low Viz...I always laugh on how many bidders with low feedbacks bid on the Low Viz...Hah hah...damn it! Just browsing through a Hobby Japan magazine, September Issue and I see numbers in the article for the 1/60 VF-0S to be 33 cm in battroid mode. Damn, that's tall...close to 2.5" inches taller than the 1/48! Can someone else confirm? Damn, imagine the SV-51! Graham, how much longer is the 1/72 SV-51 compared to the VF-0S?

Group hug, huh? Nice. Both for the GBP and the CF? Oh well ... I have around 18 weeks to save up for two GBP-1 armor and the VF-1J.

Heh, unfortunately, I'll probably end up getting them...I'll sell my old transformers. I'm just amazed on how you guys are able to keep up...and not just that, but to be able to buy 3 or 4 or 6 valkryies at a time! I think it's time to bartend at night.
