    I think it has more to do with the Meltrandi physique more suited to handle the Quead .. It wasn't about preference or TV or DYRL? design, or fan made color scheme.

    Based on what I've seen people do here. Starting from scratch seems entirely doable. Anyway , I'm happy with the OWL ONE sets i have. At some point, they will be panel lined.

    I think it is better than no YF-21 at all. For everyone's sake. How the toy passes review will tell much. Based on the new picks we've been getting, I can't imagine it's gonna look much different. At least we'll get some different angles of it , when the event happens.

    Season One didn't suck! It somehow pulled off a watchable adaptation. Very confused, lol.

    Agreed. So as "high end" toy collectors. We are expected to transform these toys only a few times ever. They're really just meant for display anyway.

    I mean the design and engineering is quite impressive, true enough. I've already expressed my gripes about the aesthetics, so no point in beating a dead VF. This is what we're getting. Having said all that, i do think of the cost, swoosh ability, and durability factors. If everything lines up, it's a winner. But due to Bandai's qc issues, that occasionally come up, i am a little nervous..

    In the trailer someone says "this creature is an unknown organism .." that makes me think this is a reimagining of the original.

    For clarification, i was asking what generation in universe. Would these be VF-19 or 171 era ? VF25 era, or VF-131era?

    Agreed. Such technology surely wiggled its way onto the open market. Heck, Boba fett, could've even had the design plans.

    There are so many cool , Macross (Kawamori) elements going on here! I'm curious @ImChris5115, what generation VF do you see this as? I was initially thinking 3rd or 4th. But i also think it could a contender as a 5th gen Valkyrie.

    Another factor, the Mandos were literally bombed off their planet (at least most were) and into caves on other worlds. Maybe the Galaxy, in general believes that the Mandalorians have lost their juice. Although, we know the Imperial remnant takes the very name seriously..
