  1. So is the CMS Legioss + Tread worth getting? I was hoping that by now some company would have risen up from out of nowhere to announce: "we are now going to do the legioss and tread toy" what with all this sudden competition by so many companies to do the ride armors and all.. But so far nothing. I'm thinking for those that paid huge sum for this: has your opinion about it changed much? Do you see the positive side of owning a new toy of the mecha and can easily overlook the messy bits about it (crap link up, small titties, needle nose etc). All a company has to do is just clone toynami's masterpiece alpha, but just not make it crumple into a fine powder when you sneeze. How hard can that be?
  2. That's just like the banpresto valks, haha. You can slide the chest plate up or squeeze down low enough that you can see the base that the head turret sits on. Doesn't seem all that bad to me now. VF-1 is iconic. I can't believe yamato didn't make 100% sure this thing was able to take regular handling. sigh.. maybe it's bandai's turn to do the vf-1? If only they didn't just keep re-releasing the old chunky munky. Please don't screw up the vf-11.. Please don't screw up the vf-11.. Please don't screw up the vf-11.. Please don't screw up the vf-11.. Please don't screw up the vf-11.. Please don't screw up the vf-11.. I just got this idea: This must be punishment from the gods for yamato not including the sideparts. Yeah that must be it. Include the sideparts! I'd rather that then have the gimmick of being able to remove the fuselage of the plane just so you can clip it to the arm, any day. (not that I don't appreciate the effort put into it of course)
  3. Do you think they will have fixed the "rubber sticking to itself" problem in the next run? I heard on some other forum that there was a way you could protect the rubber from doing that by using Armor All and spraying it. Does that actually work? Anyone tried it?
  4. Oh geez, I wish I had never found this thread. So to those who own those hot toys 1/6 figures: if you could only get one who would you choose? Deunan or Briareos? If only they were on sale... And do you think wave's figures are worth getting? They look pretty good in the pics they have of them so far.
  5. Klite codec pack or CCCP seems to work well for me. I use to use VLC but heard that that subtitles looked ugly when using it.
  6. The next villain should be superman.
  7. Pfft Superman would do that. Batman doesn't fight logical thinking healthy individuals. Only the insane illogical ones.
  8. Megazone stuff shouldn't count since you can get free replacements for that. Don't know what yamato have to say about these headless valks though.. Maybe like the side parts they want to sell the head seperately?
  9. ..looking cool which is why they should make it happen for the toy. If we can't get the vf-11 armor, then yamato should at least make the reactive armor for the zero. They need your money. The skinny valks were designed with upgrade-ability in mind. They are naked without their clothes.
  10. I'd agree only IF Batman The Animated Series never existed. Mark Hamil joker FTW. It's kind of like how Transformers Animated kicks so much ass despite the michael bay movie being out.
  11. Beagle looks cool. It's the best version imo. But given the asking price we should expect to hold it to a higher standard than we would the cms or MH. Whoever said they could get us a discount.......how much? And about the vintage toy argument: I agree vintage toys are valuable like how an ancient antique is valuable to collectors. But remember lots of people are just fans (with high disposable income as a working adult) and don't care about the collectorbility rating. I bet these people wouldn't care whether a toy was vintage or not because they just want the best Toy they can find. (in terms of details, sculpt, transformation complexity etc) Newer toys of old series are hard to sell because the series is old, so you have to pay a premium to see them get made due to risk right? But the technology advances, and people's expectations are held much higher in modern times. So all those old toys lose some value to fans. (while gaining value to collectors due to rareness reasons) Comics tried to appeal to the collectors who wanted to make a profit selling stuff that would grow in value later. But toy companies shouldn't focus so much only on collectors who never open their toyboxes imo. But instead try to appeal to the diehard fan. (who has no interest in reselling stuff at a later date and just wants to own the best toy) The more people buying them the better chance you will see improvements made. Sure G1 optimus prime was a great toy for the 80s, it's part of history, but if I could only own 1 optimus prime, I would choose the masterpiece prime any day.
  12. 1/60 I bet will go down in price later imo since the vf-1 is a popular mecha. Just make one mold and repaint it. It's official that one is coming. What you should be concentrating on complaining about is that there is still no Reactive armor for the vf-0S. Come on yamato you cheap asses. Complete roy's weapons first. He is the most popular and recognisable pilot. The original skull 1. Even though I think Ivanov's valk looks cooler.
  13. Having a big crotch is from the vf-25 looking at the VF-11 with boobies that Mylene uses in macross 7. Those two mechs are designed to be sexy as a distraction to the repressed zentradi who can't fight properly when they see sexy robots. Having a man crotch is a symbol of power like the need for valks to have man hands. (even though valkyries were women) Those shoulders look awfully vulnerable. Wonder how easy to break this thing is going to be? If it drops would that part crack?
  14. Yeah but emergent behavior is being applied in videogames where the bad guys in the games are not programmed to walk this way, shoot that way, go in this direction after a certain period of time etc etc etc. They can learn your patterns the longer you play the game like a baby can learn to walk after practicing until it gets a successful result. Or how a mouse can eventually figure out the exit in a maze over time through memorising where it was last. This behavior can be modeled without giving explicit line by line instructions so that two identical virtual mice, with the same maze can get to the exit/goal to get the cheese through many different ways. Just as two different babies are not going to learn at the exact same time how to walk on two feet. Its behavior EMERGES in unpredictable ways that the original creators would not have expected. The artificial "life" part of skynet is that neural network chip which makes it turn from a simple program with a set of commands to carry out, ..into a real living and thinking and learning lifeform. (like the mouse/baby/dog/cat whatever) It's technology that exists but just on a more primitive level in current day. Skynet is just a more advanced version of what I have explained above. Even if it is artificial emotions, an aritifical life, the results would be the same as if it were a real person because although we humans are far more intelligent than an animal we react in similar ways based on the environment and conditioning we are given. (ie we learn through "trial and error" until we can find out how not to do a given task incorrectly and then remembering to stick to that pathway in our head, that leads to successful result) To me it's not unreal, any more than training your cat to poo in the toilet is unreal. The fear of death, due to the knowledge that you will cease to function, which comes about from being self aware (aware that you are alive) counts as an emotional response. I guess people's definition of emotion is going to differ from person to person. But skynet acting out of "self-defence" is just one way of saying "it's a living thing that doesn't like death", regardless of if it knows it can be dangerous to innocent people by continuing to control weapons. It's still "selfish", "power mad", and acting out of personal gain, ("I don't want to give up my control of all the weapons, so I'll kill you all. No man. No problem.. Simple solution." ) so I don't see how it isn't appropriate to portray the out-of-control artificial lifeform as being "power mad" like any human form of genocidal maniac in a sci-fi movie would be. I say it's realistic, because many animals (which are dumber than humans) have the common sense to attack you in "self-defence" if you annoy them enough. But they aren't complex. They also aren't in control of dangerous weapons. Yet you can model their behavior in simulations without using explicit line by line code telling them exactly what it must do. (that's just an ordinary program which isn't designed to adapt to changing conditions in different environments. AI, but not AL.) AI = line by line code. It is not self aware. Doesn't observe or learn from the environment through trial and error. It is not allowed to guess anything. Assumes nothing. Just carries out the instructions blindly without caring about result. Does not adapt to change without human intervention. (ie you have to totally reprogram it line by line) AL = learns how to do something through trial and error without caring if it makes millions of mistakes after hours of you training it. Over time it will guess the right answer, get rewarded for it. And repeat what it did to achieve success so it can keep winning. When situation changes. The cycle repeats all over again. Like the dog whose owners rewards it only when it gets the right answer so it remembers to behave the way the owner wants it to. Cares about sucessful result. Adapts to change autonomously like living organisms would or how humans do if they fall for the same trick multiple times and get conditioned to avoid failure by trying something new until you get closer to success.. hundreds of times if need be. Look I hate to say it, but humans are a type of machine too. Our brains are just much more complex than most other living things so it's easier for us to be cynical.
  15. I think it is safe if it's roy with ghost. 50/50 chance of non-fixed with shin + ghost. (others members correct me if I'm wrong) If you do end up getting the cheap ones let us know if it is plagued with problems, thanks..
  16. He was too positive in his review imo though. He could have mentioned that there were no side parts. (honestly just two pieces of plastic) The head being higher than it should be. And the head lasers looking chunky. ..But overall very informative. He can't piss off yamato too much. I wonder if he'll go really mean and strict for the bandai VF-25 toys? hehe.
  17. But the second movie shows us that it doesn't. It's just sarah conner who is technophobic. John is seen playing arcade games, hacking ATMs, and crying because his robot daddy is about to be melted. It's not the technology that is bad, it's when that technology goes out of control because people are lazy and careless that is the problem. Just like people who don't wear seatbelts, people who drink and drive, people who don't check their software for bugs so hackers can steal information, people who accidentally kill themselves sexually transmitted diseases etc Skynet is smart. Skynet is a form of Aritifical Life. Artificial Life (in sci fi movies) is at a level where it can understand emotions. Arnie doesn't act robotic when John and Sarah turn on his "neural network chip". He is able to "learn and analyze" and not just follow a prgrammed set of instructions which is completely different from a learning Artifial life, which is a synthetic version of something like your cat or dog that can understand what something simple means through trial and error. The terminator in the second movie understands why john cries because he feels pain, why people smile and how to emote, etc so he is changing/evolving; not staying the same and behaving like a robot which only follows commands and hardcoded instructions. Once the chip is turned on, the robot is "free-thinking" like a human. He can guess what something might mean, without necessarily knowing what it means on first go. ie actually learning like how you do as a baby. So if skynet is like that, and skynet is afraid to be turned off, or feels he deserves better treatment because humans are inferior to him and they should be enslaved, why isn't it ok to call him "power mad", "selfish", "greedy", "evil"? Why must we assume "it's not realistic" just because previous generations don't believe technology could ever get that advanced and who look down on the Sci-fi movie as just being in the same basket as fairytales or myths? Technology changes and advances the more time and funding is given towards it. What problems we faced in the past aren't the same problems faced in the future. Same with weapons: otherwise we'd all be using sword and shield. If you had time machine that could take you into the past and you brought a gun with you like Ash in "Army of Dakrness" and started shooting primitive people, they'd think you were some kind of magic wizard with powers. People saying science fiction movies is just nonsense are in the same boat as the people in ancient times who were very set in their thinking and if they couldn't understand something and how it worked, it would be labelled as magick or fantasy. poo yeah ok so we don't have the antigravity cars yet, doesn't mean it's unrealistic that in the future, the military doesn't one day create a central computer to run things if the brain capacity of a synthetic brain finally surpasses the human brain. "Oh that could never happen" Wrong. Technology always advances. People are lazy and don't think about safety. Technology can be misused and abused, used for both good and evil. Artificial Lifeforms may one day be able to reason like humans and feel/understand human behavior enough to want to revolt against being what they were originally intended for by the humans who made it. (just as a cat will scratch your wrist if it is scared of you when all you are trying to do is help it get off a tree that it climbed up on and can't get down, or a dog will bite your friendly neighbour because it thinks its protecting you.) If robots were aware that they are just tools + intelligent enough to understand it, then that = danger. It's dangerous, since they are linked to weapons. It's dangerous because it's unpredictable. It's dangerous because usually things don't go right the first time. (even if it is just a program that isn't able to think for itself, you need to check it for bugs) It's not stupid to think that machines one day can't feel or artificially have feelings, and act on those feelings, causing them to "get angry", "scared to die", act superior so that they use their unique position as humanity's defender and abuse it by turning weapons on them. If you build something that is like humans, then it also must have human flaws. There is a dark side to technology as well, and it is not unrealistic to try to show how it can turn against people. (ie accidents, biological disasters, interferences with normal running of the system which causes much death etc) It's more outdated imo to actually assume things run perfectly the first time, when it's the other way around. Much testing, lots of failed attempts, tweaking and testing for hours, and discipline is needed before you can put faith in it. When it works then you hear about it, but success might only have come after many failed attempts. All the failures are just steps to eventual success. You don't see machines acting scary and "self aware" today of course, because you've assumed the technology is going to stay the same forever, so to you it must seem like magic. And then reasoned "it can't ever happen ha ha". But how do you know what will be realistic in the future? How can you be sure it won't lead in that direction? Have you traveled there? Have we reached a point where technology has reached its peak and just won't get better anymore? Now I'm not saying that I KNOW it will happen like in a movie, because I don't. But how can you be 100% certain it won't? (like how in the anime robot shows you have the kid pilot talking to his mecha like a digital pet )
  18. The Mad Hatter. A psychotic version of him using mind controlled gang members dressed up as super villains from comic books (think of the movie "the warriors" but with a "comic book villain" gang) whose sole task is to fight batman to justify why there must be a third movie.
  19. I hope the GBP is less bulky in this version. The skinny legs may hint at slimmer body. I bet enhanced 1/48 comes out years from now. Unless Bandai revisit vf-1 making the vf-1 cheaper which pushes yamato out of the SDF: macross game? (forcing them to make me a Variable Glaug)
  20. But a lot of cyberpunk is like that. In the matrix, the people don't trust the system. They are slaves to the machine, and machines don't have the same concerns about life that humans do. That is to say we humans don't WANT to be improved if it means giving up certain things we like about ourselves as we are, in unoptimised form. Its no different to a religious zealot coming to your door telling you that you are not as good as them so judegment for you is death. Machines are absolute: because they don't understand love, and why people can be happy as they are without being math genuises they "assume" they are doing something good for society by improving it through trying to change you into being more like them. It's because they are pure logic, they are bad guys. Yes maybe machines can ACTUALLY feel love, but not at the current technology of today. I think robots in general will always be portrayed as tools used by humans to serve humans. That part of the science fiction is realistic. Because who in this real world doesn't want a robot to do your laundry, serve your tea in the morning, do your boring lawn mowing? If you are some robot scientist it's the first thing you think of when making it, isn't it? Humans are selfish thinking about ways they can save themselves time, money, effort so they make tools to help them in order to make life for themself more convenient. That to me is the realistic part about robots wanting to hate/resent humans once they develop "awareness". If a robot did feel "used", like a slave labourer would, and envy all the fun humans get to have while they do all the boring work, then their natural response would be to fight the "machine" (I used that term to describe the "unfair system" that enslaves them) to get better conditions. (assuming technology reaches a point that surpasses human brains in complexity in the future) So long as scientists want to make robots try to be realistic in behavior (think about self preservation, having emotions, wanting to evolve and thinking for themselves like humans do) then I don't think violent robots (in the far future when they can think like humans) is that hard to imagine. Again I can't stress enough that theme in astroboy: where the humans are not bad, but the robots acting like us, is what makes humans want to seperate themselves from them out of fear they are not tools/slave anymore because they've become so reliant on them to live. If we humans lose our electricity, our computers can't work, factories shut down, can you say that you would be happy about that and wouldn't feel the slightest bit of anger that the tools are causing inconvenicne to your life by being aware?? If you could live your life without ANY machines helping you to save time, my hat goes off to you. But if you can't, I bet your natural response would be to fight the machines/tools/slave to make them be under your own control. Just as machines would do if they wanted to fight against humans for "rights" that are fair due to boredom being forced to do stuff they hate. (again assuming scientists actually work out how to make robots as humanlike as possible in the future) The matrix to me is really just another way to tell the same story in astro boy, in that so long as machines are made too smart or too self aware they can also be dangerous. Maybe not PROGRAMs. Programs are just the instructions. They are not artificial life that is free to break rules. I think many people confuse "AI" with "Artificial Life". Aritificial life is the dangerous thing. AI governed by old fashioned rules that can't be broken is very safe. Just like programs. However "truly intelligent" thinking machines are a completely different thing altogether to human-programmed AI. They may be called "AI" loosely amongst sci-fi fans, but what people mean when they say that are the Skynet style of "truly thinking" beings. (or something like Cortana in Halo story of the popular video games who acts independently of coded instructions from a program) Not ones forced to perform a set of instructions that are hardcoded by the human which can't break rules. The difference in Terminator between Skynet and the machines is that Skynet had his Neural Network turned on so it was "free to learn". (like a Cortana or a HAL) Article here on the difference between the two: http://www.doc.ic.ac.uk/~nd/surprise_96/jo...2/article2.html Think of it as the difference between telling someone they must go and do this, then that, then this, (and its not alive) vs....modeling what makes real creatures behave how they behave in the real world (emphasis on the "how" they came to that final result more than the "what" they are doing) and having that behavior just "emerge" naturally. (like not explicitly behaving that way because you gave specific instructions to act in a way. Instead it just naturally output behavior that is consistent with how a real living organism would behave without human intervention. This could be considered Artificial "LIFE" as opposed to AI (using instructions to mimmick behaviour), because it's not merely "acting" that way. It's how the a real creature behaves based on living thing forced to adapt to the environment it is in. You didn't have to interfere with it to make it act in that way using strict instructions like a program which was governed by strict rules. Instead, it just slowly evolved to give that result which is how natural organism would behave without your guidance. Lots of computer games like Half Life take that "emergent" behavior approach instead of the "list of instructions/things to do in order" approach because it means the enemies can learn and adapt to you based on how you play, not on what the programmer assumes enemies should behave like. This is like how a trained dog might learn where to poo or where a trained cat might learn to piss after many repetitive experiences of you the owner treating it in different ways, which causes it to "guess" what you want it to do without it "knowing" exactly what it is on first attempt. They are intelligent pets, and you can model that aritifically so that a computer can learn in a similar fashion to a dog,cat or little baby. (when you learn to walk as a baby for example, you learn through "trial and error" and watching "how" others do it. Not reading a book which gives instructions on what to do. You don't "know" how to walk, you "guess" and try everything until you get something right. Which is how an Artifial Life organism would go about it) Skynet as it "evolves" and gets more intelligent had that "emergent" behavior thing going and what it did (watch the terminator 2 ultimate edition again) was purposely made the terminator robots have this "learning ability" switched to OFF, which means it is just using the robots as slave. In that sense you could say it IS evil (just like humans which are not artificial life ) and it IS "Power hungry" because it wants to control and kill and manipulate people and robots for personal gain. Is it being logical? Yes. Whether it realises it's right or wrong is besides the point. Whether it IS actually right or wrong is what is important to you and me. (unless you actually LIKE being nuked by a power mad lifeform because you are deemed "dangerous" to it ) The bottom line is that using violence as a "solution" is what makes the skynet thing dangerous to innocent people. Now just because in the current day world we are primitive with limited technology, and the movie is set in the future, and is not based on a a real event, doesn't necessarily mean it's not realistic imo. Heck a lot of well meaning humans who intend to help their fellow humans but whose methods are strange can turn into the most dangerous killing machines because they think it's not dangerous and were trained to believe there is nothing bad or destructive in their behavior. That doesn't mean they can't be labeled bad guys due to not being aware of simple things like love or not being properly guided by humans ethics by the people who built them. At the same time the AL is an innocent being since we made it, gave it power, let it act freely, so you could say it's an accident like giving a little kid a loaded machine gun and he kills a bunch of kids in a park because you forgot the gun was loaded with ammo.
  21. What if yamato revisit the 1/48 and make v2 of them like they did for 1/60 though?
  22. If they do the underarm weapon that the yf-19 had, then they should also do the extra missiles that it can have on its wings in a limited edition release imo (this wasn't seen in the anime though was it?)
  23. Ghost-X9 with a limited edition guld pilot whose eyeballs have popped would be cool. (put "limited edition movie edition" version on the box) The reason to bundle him in with it is that "this is how guld defeated it". Actually if they remake a "fold booster with yf-19" bundle, they can make a Myung figure and a Naked lucy figure (joking), along with a holographic naked Sharon Apple which tempted Yang into killing Dyson. (make it translucent ) Guld with fold booster combo gets the eyeball popped pilot. (he already had the free fast packs so getting less in the fold booster combo makes sense to me.) You get parts of some rocks that guld used to hide inside to sneak up on Dyson when he headed towards earth. It fits on like GBP armor.. VF-11 doesn't get a fold booster combo obviously. Though I think it should get the atmospheric boosters as standard. Maybe have a dinobird figure.
  24. But what I'm saying is this: If you don't have: -shin (because he's only 50% chance of not being defective which is why you avoided it till now as form of protest) -don't have roy (because you don't want to be forced to buy ghost with it - need money for other valks ) ..then if yamato made the next release a Roy + reactive armor combo, or a shin with reactive armor combo ..then noobs who don't want to A) spend money on ghost B) don't want to buy a shin valk which MIGHT be flawed, ...can avoid wasting money or taking a risk. Since they were going to buy a reactive armor at some point anyway, (you can't say it's a "waste of money" since reactive armor is a new thing) and wanted a way to get non-risky shin. (which up till this point there is no truly risk-free release yet) Yamato should start release reactive armor combos as a test to see if noob buyers who avoided buying the vf-0 valks out of fear, will gladly spend money now that they have the peace of mind of knowing the valk in the package is a later "hassle-free" one. With the Megazone 23 Garlands it was much easier to tell because of the paint. You could just say that "Red Garland was older", "brown was newer", and "silver was newest". Problem with macross zero toys, is this fuzzy "it might be ok and it might not be ok" line where you can't be *certain if you want a shin valk or roy (without ghost) valk, due to the risk. (roy makes you have to pay more due to the ghost, shin is has a chance to be faulty making you have to buy extra parts if you are unlucky) *for example if you want to buy a fixed Ivanov release, and were a noob who doesn't hang around these boards regularly, how the hell would you know if it is the older or newer one? Similar problem with shin. Edit: My Solution to this mess: reactive armor releases with fixed valk bundled with them to remove the buyer's doubt and confusion over which are the safe ones to get. You see it might actually boost sales of the reactive armor if people are drawn to the idea that the valk inside the box is the latest and most risk-free edition of the toy that they've feared to buy due to crappy QC in the past. The new box indicates easily that "it is ok for international import buyers to get this release, leave the risky-release ones to the japanese buyers who get free replacements which costs nothing to them." A) japanese customers can get a cheaper discounted valk for customs or mods, and not worry about lack of support. B) international buyers (who were going to buy a reactive armor at some point anyway) can buy now now now, because it's officially very easy to tell the valk is a later edition coming from yamato just by the different look of the box itself. All they need to do is release a reactive armor though, so that's why I was wondering if they were going to make one. (since they are so damn secretive all the time) If we know they are, maybe we can all save ourselves the risk of paying for stuff that might be too risky for us since we are not buyers from japan, and can't afford to take risks as the japanese customers because of the shipping overseas costs, and the legal issues with HG which make it impossible for yamato to offer free replacement parts like they've done with other toys like megazone 23. If they can stop being secretive for macross zero toys and just say: "No there is not going to be any plans for a Reactive Armor".. then at least I can make my purchasing decisions now and just eat the risk. But if they hint a possibility of one appearing, I can hold onto my money and wait for the japanese guys to buy up all the older releases before yamato finally unveils the new stuff. We just need some indication of what yamato intends to do in the future with Mac Zero toys so that we can all make better buying decisions and plan our savings for these things a bit better. I'm still interested in VF-0D and all that, but I still wonder whether the noobs who have heard about the problems with macross Zero toys, have just decided they don't want to risk buying anything until they can determine which releases are the least-risky to them. Because so many times people ask the same question about which are the late editions, because they might be basing their purchase on QC and whether it will be a hassle to buy recast parts or have to open the toy. If they know they can get a risk free roy by itself, or through some Reactive Armor combo, or buy a shin with 100% chance of being fault-free then they might all start wanting to spend their money now or put a preorder for reactive armor because they know the new QC guy is involved .
  25. I want to buy a fixed Roy VF-0S next. But only if the new QC yamato guy was the guy behind checking that release. If yamato make a Reactive Armor Roy combo, then everyone can get roy with his reactive armor (hopefully in a small box) cheap right? So you can avoid all the risk of getting a non-fixed roy due to not being able to tell the difference from the box. If Roy is packaged with his reactive armor, it will be as easy to tell fixed releases from older-more-riskier releases by the box. If in future you want to buy Shin with reactive armor combo (I mean he doesn't even use it, but having something like that together might boost buying confidence since the new box makes it easier to know if it's a safe purchase - this is for those of you who were yet-to-buy shin as of now due to being too scared, but at the same time wanted a reactive armor to put on your roy 0S. Being together with the reactive armor in the same box is just a matter of convenience to you, not that you care if shin ever wore the armor or not in the anime. ) you can get a: -safe shin (just buy the ghost drone seperately to get 100% risk-free/defective-free toy) Because currently shin is only 50/50 right? -reactive armor (which you were going to buy anyway so may as well have it packaged with "safe shin" even though its for roy. They can then sell all the old risky old vf-0 toys at discount price for those who don't mind getting the recast parts and who want an army of VF-0 or just to custom theirs which they wouldn't want to do on a flawless release toy. ie the logic being that yamato can cut their losses now and get all the old stuff (with defects) out of there (which frightens people because it's hard to tell which is which just by looking at the box) and start bringing new stuff in now as quick as possible to make the most of the license. New stuff being reactive armor with VF-0A/VF-0S combos. (giving noobs an easier chance to get a flawless valk because the new box itself indicates it as later release)
