  1. Resistance is futile my friend!
  2. Ahhh! Finally! I've been waiting for this since I got the original OAV. Good to read that it's living up to it's predecessor!
  3. OOhhh! Man I hope they become available here in PI! BTW, are those the "uncut" versions? IIRC there were two versions to that animation.
  4. Last I heard it was shoved into the reefer. Nothing about it since then. Aso, the 1/60 VF Line ends with the VT-1 and VE-1, so the upgrade parts look a little grim.
  5. Hi! There's already a similar thread like this one. YOu can visit it at: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...ct=ST&f=4&t=874
  6. Looking good each day! I do hope they make a separate "pristine" variant though. I don't want a battle damaged Prime. **looks at wallet**
  7. Nice work! Bob, is that "Boss" on your avatar?
  8. Hey, anyone started to put some panels and weathering on your FP's?
  9. If Yamato does go ahead and do the DYRL version of the SDF-1,m it's what I would call a "wallet killer" and a "nut buster" Coz after you get it, you're wallet'll be dead, and when the missus finds out, you'r nut's are hers.
  10. Yamato. I'm all for accuracy and poseability ..and I don't intend to drop my Yamato's he he he he
  11. That just kicks @$$ Some of the local hobby shops here in PI are still selling the Hasegawa 1/48 Ground Crew set (both A and B). I guess it's high time I got 'em too! Those are very nice pics!
  12. Hey, isn't the removable leg design on the 1/60 going to cause problems for the GBP armors for the legs? I mean the leg armour alone is already heavy, what more the full leg armour for the GBP. Just asking is all
  13. I agree with most points, but I still like Armageddon better than the Mazinkaiser OVA. Wonderful review though!
  14. It's actually my part time job that gave me that bad check. "Apparently" the secretary forgot to put funds into that account. Stupid wench! NOw I hav to wait another 2 weeks or so. Silver lining though, I have a nother check due out for that same date, meaning I can put both of them together and finally get that GX-04S that I've been eyeing since last year! predictable, aren't I?
  15. It's a wonderful accessory. It would have been better if the stickers were waterslide decals instead. That's about the only thing wrong with the FAST Pack accessories. This is just to nitpick (and this is a RARE occurence), I also wish Yamato added a firing mechanism to the Strike Cannons!!!
  16. I feel your pain man! I have one full time job, and one part time job. Barely enough to pay for utilities and food, and barely enough to pay for all of the wonderful toys coming out. Here I am with several items reserved from my supplier but I still can't get it coz that damned check they paid me bounced!!! They replaced it with a new one, but the fool thing is postdated (yet again) for September 25.
  17. it's getting pretty strange here on MW. "Brains" and "boobs" in the same sentence?
  18. Hey, if you had a "clutzy" half Meltran chick about to stick you up the arm with a needle, and she aint lookin, you'd be shocked Very cute work though!
  19. IIRC, the "redesign" that you are referring to went to the redesign of the chestplate, nose, and canopy designs. No mention of any "redesigns" for the hips, or "other" known problems. Besides, what's the point of buying it if you intend to remove the armor and make it to a regular figher? Didn't you buy it for how it looks with the armor on? Also, it's the end of that line (at least from what we all know). Any retooling of existing molds (hips and other issues you referred to) would have been expensive.
  20. Hmmmm, sounds interesting! I'm always a sucker for good vampire flicks and books, I even played Vampire: TES and Rage a few years back before I got into toy collecting.
  21. Well lacking the problems of the -1A. Or more positively, having the improvements of the Max and Low-Viz. Yup yup! That is why I was happy (at least now I am) to have missed out on the original Focker 1/48 release. I ordered 2 of these babies from HLJ just to recolor one to a Focker Scheme. I can't wait. As to the future 1/48's, whatver dreams may come
  22. The smaller pic looks very well done. The larger one though, needs a little work. It looks stretched somehow. ...but, being drawn from 1988, I guess there's no complaining
  23. 3 syllables to describe the pics... KA-WA-IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
